Haha yes Taupau put up a strong case for the inclusion of an adult nappy during game time.

Unlucky there. Barba was the big surprise for me, thinking I might drop Mann for Gordon and just run with Gordon, Barba and Mitchell for as long as the gods will allow

Oooh, got to it a bit quicker this time.
    TMM up 42k to 172k
    Parcell up 50k to 237k
    Hmm.... interesting.
50k price bump for Garvey too so his owners should be happy.

Those are some hefty price rises, not sure if they are worth dropping a current cow for and wasting a trade, all the other increased by close to 20k without havin spectacular games

Well it means there is only a 55k difference between Hastings and TMM. Normally I don't like to make a CC trade unless I'm picking up a keeper or getting 100k out of it. That means I'd want TMM to make another 145k minimum (I'm comfortable he can do that pretty easily). You could argue that I'd want him to make whatever Hastings tops out at +100k but I'm currently stuck using him in my 17 so I'm a bit more lenient If TMM nets me more points each week.

I'm also being optimistic/biased though because I just enjoy having players like that in my team. Might mean there are some pretty frustrating weeks but it does make watching neutral games really enjoyable. I suspect that small difference between them might put other more sensible people off.

Best part about this game, makes the call so much harder when they have already made 50k to kill another cow prematurely. Prior everyone would be on TMM in 2 weeks time. Im sure the masses will still jump on with decent reward but i have bigger problems to deal with than going cow for cow.

    Fuck sake

Dropped Mansour over Gordon to give me extra $$$ to make sure I got Blaw with his predicted price hike

That 50 pushed him $4,000 out of reach with one trade Rolling Eyes

Worse yet I could of just gone BLaw last round and he would of also outscored Taupau haha brilliant

because I thought Taupau had more chance to gain more $$$ than BLaw with his BE of 25 Rolling Eyes

Just trying to save a few $$$ and it backfired

If it eases your pain I started the season with TTrbo as a POD but only way I could get Ted last week was to trade him out. A $250k and minus 20 point decision. I could probably have used that trade for one of my other injured / suspended players, or one of the complete duds that seem to be spread throughout my 25. Hindsight.

Edit: and if all the injury / dropped rumours (Mitchell and Jnik esp) are true I will only be fielding 14 pre trades. Maybe JNik will become the utility for Henderson? Or even worse, the Black Widow! I'm fooked either way really.

Ahh mate that stinks, If TTurbo gets that FB gig full time then he might be a must have, but long term if he sticks on the wing you won't regret that trade too much mate I don't think

but gross seeing that the week you trade, happens all the time

He has looked really good so far, if lacking a little polish but that will come. His scores from the wing last year had a couple of large numbers, but like most wingers there was also some small ones. Feels safer having Ted than not having him though.

He has mate, at his current price I don't think I could take the plunge if he stays on the wing, Minus Mansour and Semi I don't think I can run with a winger in the WFB, Nofo quickly joining that crew though but pretty pricey!

    734 for 3465th place.

Sweating on a few players. Want to ditch Ferg and possibly upgrade a prop to Graham or J-Turbo as a keeper. :-/

$142k in the kitty so definitely have some room to move.

Not sure on TMM for Hastings.
