I'm banking on he and Tapau making way for L Brown to start? What do you think the odds are?

Is Surgess to Afifita a premature and unnecessary move?
Does anyone know how long surgess is expected to be out?

Current CTRs and WFBs are:
Gutherson, Auva'a, Scott, Benry
Fergo, Gordon, Barba, Mitchell, Feeney
Can bring in RTS for Fergo at the back and that would leave me with $202,000.
Then I'm thinking of going with either one of my centres and coping Auva'a if he plays or an AE of Mitchell/JNiko/Safiti if Auva'a doesn't. This will mean I can bring in Dugan next week for Auva'a/Scott/Benry as Dugan will likely have another price drop and I am a few 000's short this week.
Do you get to wait till the Roosters final team is announced before making your decision?

R
Barrett had to change something and that was the way he went.
I doubt he expected Parcell to play as many minutes as he did, but he still looked strong at the end and he was tackling everything that moved.
I suspect that Buhrer or Brown may give him a rest when needed but he should still play at least 60 mins, and he was better than 1ppm.
After his efforts last night he won't be getting dropped anytime soon.
In the first 2 games Manly looked better when Parcell was on.Clack Bocks wrote:I missed the games this week. Why did koroisau get dropped and why did parcell play so many minutes? I'm languishing down in the 17,000s. Also who would you guys captain out of parker, j turbo, woods or cartwright. I'm mainly tossing up between parker and jturbo, leaning more to the class of parker than the form of jturbo.

BLaw also out this week means no trade ins (currently) which seems very weird for me this early in the season
unless i trade in BLaw for Welch to avoid Welchs AE if Mitchell doesn't start and get JNikos score?
Is it even more enticing if JNiko doesn't play (do you have a better AE you would pick up in that scenario)?

Yeah I'm with Loomer, going with the bog ordinary half who offers 0 spark and is likely on the outter, making way for the gun junior.Loomer wrote:

I have so many dud cows and sold Jaifiti instead of Bhana( although he apparently due back in 2 weeks) I need to make an early punt on some train leaving cows even if they backfire

Jniko was always going to have to be traded out,but does parcell really keep the hooker spot basically to himself for 4 to 6 weeks which would be the amount of weeks itd take him to justify the trade? I know it's hard for anyone bar the coach to know bit what are everyones thoughts?
My other trade is kevans to rts. Rts gone down 90k just needs some attacking stats. Kevans i had big hopes for but surely3 games is enough sample size for a prop to show some promise of getting the 40 to 45ish scores we hoped for at a 1 ppm?
Im torn as to make both these trades now or sit a week on them
I have Smith and Garvey so won't be bringing Parcell in. In saying that, Parcell's fate is in his hands you would think and if he only gets 60 minutes you'd still be happy. If the JNik-on-shaky-ground rumours are correct then I would be doing the trade this week if you don't have bigger fish to fry.

Brenton Lawrence hasn't pleaded guilty yet. He has been charged with kneeing Ennis in a scrum. Hope they fight it, as I said earlier today unless I'm wrong according to the charge sheet he won't miss any extra games if he fights and loses, but will have 40 points extra on his record.

I too am thinking of bringing in BLaw this week even though he isn't playing. Can bring him in for Gavet comfortably and hopefully can ride Lawrence up until closer to the byes and look to either bring in Ma'u via DPP or someone like Tolman/Graham as a keeper. And if I decide to do that then I'm thinking it might be better to make the trade this week as it doesn't cost me one next in case there are more major injuries/suspensions and I need more than 2 next week.
