For anyone who fancies a POD captain this week, DCE's recent scoring history against the Bulldogs:

93 (back in round 1 this year)
    65 (R3 2022)
    67 (R25 2022)
    68 (R16 2021)
    93 (R24 2021)
    60 (R3 2020)
    84 (R18 2020)
    74 (R22 2018)

Pretty remarkable, you have to go back to round 24 2017 for the last time he scored less than 60 against them.

ah bumgrubs...really hope Garrick suits up. Don't fancy using a couple o' trades on WFB but will have to use one regardless.

    Everyone else fines.

Including Rapana, who is almost at JWH levels of paying fines and avoiding suspensions.

Surely the Bunnies can arrange a 1 week loan for Latrell back to the Tigers so he can serve his suspension there and be back for R27

Otherwise I'll be forced to sit and look forlornly at my 0 traces remaining

Wasnt a lot in it but the intent of his elbow was worse than the hit. Not a good look. He needs to get that out of his game so should get a week for the pure stupidity.

    Roosters injury report on Teddy.

"He has commenced early-phase rehabilitation in line with the Club’s return to play protocols and will meet with an independent doctor for further review this week."

    https://www.roosters.com.au/news/2023/08/21/pilot-medical-update-round-25/

I wonder if that means possibly playing this week, or just to confirm he's right for Rd 27.

He ain't playing this week. I'm even sceptical he plays 27 by reading that.

Unsuccessfully challenges, misses the finals and then suspended for Vegas in R1 next year Laughing

Kris getting injured has really messed things up. Traded him to Russell that week and sacrificed CTR/WFB coverage as I needed a playable score in my 17.

So of course the next two weeks I've needed to use trades on Lem and Teddy.

The fantasy Gods are nothing if not vengeful.

I knew not buying Horse when he was 580k and about to average 60 at lock would pay off eventually. Totally worth it for this one round...

It's honestly embarrassing how fragile Latrell's emotions and ego are, and how immature his actions when he gets upset. I don't think he will ever change. He gets away with a lot as well. Not the first time this season he has chucked a hissy-fit.
