Not saying past injuries predict future injuries but has he ever made it thru a game on the EDG?

    Matt Doorey getting DPP CTR?

I can see everyone getting their hopes up about Burbo in pre-season
Mattnz wasn't the only one excited about Taniela Sadrugu in pre-season this year

But I assume Haumole and Schuster will be starters if both fit

Unfortunately, a pretty dull game last night if you werent a panthers fan. I turned it off with 20 to go.

Now today, as a Broncos fan, i wont mind if its dull in our favour. Altho a close/exciting game would be preferred. Hopefully whoever wins today goes on to beat the Panthers

Really tempted to train up to Brisbane today and just watch the game in the Caxton. Beers from 3pm sounds like a treat.

So Suncorp is a sell-out, and they can't scratch together 36k at Accor.

35k Panthers fans is probably hitting an upper limit. Issue is building a culture where neutrals go to big games for the spectacle - not just Origin and GFs but big finals

Must’ve happened years ago - saw a FB post the other day about Steelers v Broncos semi final in 1992 getting 38k to the SFS, cant see them all being Steelers supporters.

Back in the 60s and 70s there be 3-4K at suburban grounds while the match of the round at the SCG would get 25-45k

Genuine question, if they held last nights game at Allianz, would the crowd have been much less because its further in from Penrith?

Stating obvious, but it is a way better stadium for league, especially now its been rebuilt.

Iirc it wasnt a long train ride from central to ANZ back when i went to the GF

Anyone ever sat in the cheap seats high up at ANZ? cant imagine itd be worthwhile buying a seat up there. For the 2015 GF i was in the corner lower tier and it felt a long way from the ground.
