And Campbell - starting average in early 40s gives a price target of 600s. Decent return, with a chunk of uncertainty.

I get the value, just not sure on going for a mid range risk with a bye the next week.
Round 2 is usually the scramble trading round to jump off the flops and on the cows that hit from the previous week.
Everything comes with risk I suppose, just wondering if having a look for one week and then having two weeks to decide on bringing him in would be the wiser option?
Each to their own I guess, happy new year L-Jimmy!

    Happy new year Mulvy!
Would that be at the cost of either Hynes/Cleary or would you try to squeeze in all 3?

Munster averages mid-50s next to DCE over a decent sample size...

Does anyone have any info on KPP?
Looks like he’s up and running and will take Fitzys spot round 1.
Is he worth a look at $520k?

    J. Campbell has not trained yet and is in doubt for round 1 for those that didn’t know. So have an alternative plan in case it happens.

Coming off a injury. Ideally he starts on the bench to get used to the NRL, loses a chunk of cash and comes into the starting side after a few rounds...

I’m seeing the same thing Camo, I’ll probably just look to hopefully bring in a bottom dollar cheapie though.
A round 2 bye is more of a put off than a round 1 to me, the scramble to make any jumps with a max 2 trade’s available is tough enough when you’ve flopped on 7 of your picks.
Let alone having to stash someone in npr even if they hit.
Maybe I can play Weekes there for 40 points?

If Campbell is touch and go for the start of the season then he could be back in R3 though, meaning only one week of Kini. Also Kini is uncomfortably close to Cini.

If Turbo looks fit and healthy leading into the season, he's a good option. Even injury-affected in 2023, he still averaged 47, which is basically keeper level at WFB.

Even if Kris is suspended for the first round I'd be kind of interested in him as a red dot, moreso than any of the Tigers. 100% job security unlike all the other Raiders, and if he's at centre he's a fair bit underpriced on historic averages. WFB/CTR dual a godsend too with the early byes.
