I’m too busy being a real man trying to break up a palm tree with a pickaxe in my mandated outside time to watch. Currently on smoko (water break because the tree roots have defeated me temporarily). So is this Strange fella good eh?

Chopped down Luki 3-4 times in a 1-on-1
Scored a good solo kick and chase try

Grant is a good shout. If you don’t go him I would wait on hookers

I would probably go Grant. Not that many good hookers
Agree. If not picking Grant, you can wait quite a few rounds, a lot of meh hookers all around the same average. Unless of course... there's a run of hookers. Drafts are dynamic. Everyone is different.

Draft is about value above replacement player and positional scarcity. There are about 45 MIDs that will give you 40 points on any given week. There are about 15 halves you can trust. There is about 4 hookers. I'd go Grant once the big guns are gone

Yeah I was thinking captains with Yeo and Hop (and EDG dual), but draft usually has captains off I realised. Just pretend I only said Grant/Cook.

Yeah thinking about it more probably Grant or Hopgood. I do like Hopgoods DPP with NRL fantasy draft being so shallow. And him and Fifita are a clear tier above the other EDGs except Fifita is injured, so he does have that points over replacement deal like Grant.
I did an NRL draft a week ago and can’t remember my top 10 I wrote out before the order!

Cheap centres back on the menu?
Burbo and Strange. both play early too to guard against banking on cheap guys that don't end up playing, plenty of time to pivot

I might start Strange but put Burbo at 18. Put Aitken/Xerri or someone in the other CTR spot. If Burbo gets a good score then downgrade to Kris to loop him in maybe. Don't trust Burbo enough to start him but a starting edge at 250k obviously not passing up

Apparently was earning the spot before his injury anyway. No one really knows but the coach but at base price it's probably a risk worth taking
