Woods is pissing me off. Plenty of minutes but he's not running hard or offloading  cause the captaincy is weighing on him. C'mon man!

I think someone else pointed it else earlier. More minutes for Woods = lower quality work.

He's not dropping a huge amount of cash but averaging around 45, he's definitely not a keeper with JBrom, Graham, J-Turbo, Surgess, JDB and Papalili, Ryan James all averaging around 50 or more.

Is anyone looking at James? $400k pricetag not bad for a 50 point average 2RF/FRF.
Only four rounds in but scores heading in the right direction and seem to have cut down on his errors and penalties.

People are overlooking the effect that Tariq Sims will have on either Jaifiti/Rochow or both from round 6 onwards. Jaifiti may be a trade out after this week if named on the bench for round 6. Will probably turn Carter and Jaifiti into Fensom and Asiata for a clear run up to round 14.

No I would prefer Vaughan and R James will be suspended for a week I think so will miss the Broncoes clash.

If Cartwright is named today it will be very hard to justify trading him out especially with all the other injuries that have been happening. Trades are going to be gold this year.

Also with trades so paramount this year best to just sit on Woods up to origin. He will pick up, and when he does cross the line his average will jump considerably. He is good for 45+ a week which isn't far from others and it should improve. Not worth the trade unless injured.

Yeah I just saw him averaging 2nd amongst props with 53. Scores tries too. Always was the penalties but now he's captain they always get penalised less cause they're allowed to argue with the ref.

Ryan James this week would be a bad trade. Facing 1 week suspension unless he fights + beats charge at judiciary

I think Cartwright is a hold... doesn't sound like he's going to be spending much time on the sidelines if any

Right trade raged my teams. Now I wait for teamlists and rumours before making sensible trades!

... Then 5 minutes before kickoff I do something really dumb like trade Paul Carter in... Embarassed

Team for the week pre team lists:

    Smith (c) Garvey
    Woods JTrobjevic Blaw
    Surgess Merrin JDB Whitehead
    Hastings Walker
    Dugan Croker
    Tedesco Munster Barba

Last reserve out of Saifiti, Carter and LMitchell.

Next week will turn Saifiti and Carter into Fensom and someone. Looking at Asiata or Davis.

Had four scores under 26 this week but still managed 821. If only I had played Barba and Saifiti.

Last two weeks scores aside, thinking of doing DCE - Milford and then sticking the (c) on him. Reckon he's every chance of 70+ against the titans

Suppose to be back this week, rumours were he could of been a late inclusion at the try fest yesterday.

God damn I wish I could buy more than two hookers. Or that Peats, Friend, Smith, Garvey would have a juicey HLB next to their name.

What are peoples rules on captaincy?

I remember ST's was always 2 rules. 1 - always captain Smith, 2 - if you're thinking of captaining someone else, refer to rule 1.

So always captain Smith? Captain Smith or Parker?
Only captain someone averaging over 50?

    Never captain a centre?

My captains so far this year have only been Smith and Tedesco. Teddy worked very well for me but Smith has been a bit lower than expected.
