personally, I think you have gone a little light in your 14-21 but maybe i have too

I am happy with 6 guys < $300k and being able to gun up the backs, with the 2 in the 17 being a starting lock and a starting HOK. Puts the value in the playing 17, not the reserves.

You obviously didn’t learn about how pointless it is to sell Cleary on his bye from last year

Biggest waste of 2 trades since some of mine last year

Is having four centres overkill? Berry / Russell, Strange, Burbo, and Cotric. Russell could effectively do the same job as Cotric (act as DPP). Is Cotric worth keeping in this situation?

Some how Marshall-King is made it into my side i don't know how. His round 3 bye round sucks but other then that i think hes a good pickup. Will play 80 thats for sure. Anyone else running him?

Also spoke about McIntyre in terms that sounded like he will be a ball playing lock when he comes on. Not sure what role that leaves Granville with?

Left right out, with any luck. Would love to see Chester move into the utility role.

Probs ditch Cotric out. Imo (and as others have said) he's likely the first to be replaced in the Raiders backline when Kris returns next week.

For what it's worth Granny saved me from having to play 16 a few games toward the end of last year with his dual HOK position. 4eva in my debt.

There is a possibility that Levi starts and plays less than 40 minutes. I think he is a might be nice to have rather than a must-have. I really value Boyd DPP and I think that Des will add to his score this year. I also think people are overstating Fogarty's upside but that is just me. i am really hoping Schuster starts next week as i am a bit invested in that at the moment.

Without stating the obvious - with byes reserves are part of the scoring 19/20 and they are insurance for things like injuries - this is why I am wary of going too light there

I would be surprised if Schuster starts next week, maybe 30 minutes off the bench initially.

Any love for Platt? should get 45-50 minutes off the bench. He's preferred over stone in the long run too surely. 2 games off the bench for 42.5, And barely ran the ball last year when on. So theres room for growth if he starts taking more carries.

Everyone make sure to plan for getting Lussick in rd2 when BA inevitably gives Hands 0mins this week and then drops him next week bounce

I will trade lussick in for his 80 min games and trade him out for his sub 60 min games.

He probably will get a bench spot. At first. He played 5/8 in the trials. He's been a 5/8 through HM's and juniors at Wenty plus winning the Schoolboys champs last year with Westfields high.  He had little stint at centre to accommodate the other triallists. Didn't play "4 positions". Don't believe everything on club forums. They also said he was small.

I should rephrase the 'he was dominant" to "he was the dominant half at times". I watched the trials and video saved them.

I can tell you one thing for sure though. He won't play hooker. Back row at some point maybe. Centre maybe. But Benji has him there as a 5/8th.

Galvin or Fainu will be very popular early season cows once Tigers cop a couple of floggings and Benji is forced to roll out the kids.

I got burned at Centre last year going double cheap and suddenly having a forced trade to field 17.
Gone Kris (loop) / Savage / Burbo & Kiraz this year to avoid unnecessary trading in the back 5.
