Talk of trading out Grant after a 43 versing a team like Penrith is outrageous! In Round 1 nevertheless!

I think everyone else here is trying to figure a trade strategy to build up mid-cows and cows to finance bringing Grant IN.
If I'd chosen him as one of my guns, barring an extended out like an injury / long suspension, he's staying put.

I don't have Hutch or Flano in my team atm, so today is a bit of an audition for them.
their roles are pretty similar, I expect a bit more from Hutch, but playing the Eels at Commbank isn't going to be easy

Didn't the Dogs beat the Eels in 2023?
They seem to rise to the challenge - battle of the west and all that malarkey.

True! You never know which Parramatta is going to show up, and early season games can be anything

    - International Women's Day #skirtgate

    - McInnes minute watch
    - Can the Chan

This would be sick as a half hour or whatever weekly live podcast in the form of "shitposting friday", do it as a lead in to friday night footy. Or six can saturday. Who wants to do it with me. Reckon it needs to be three people

Even if he got 0 kicking points, Hutch would still have averaged 49 in his 4 games in the halves last year

(One of his 4 games would have been 96 points against the Dolphins with 2 tries and 12 tackle breaks)

I missed the nemesis bit last thread. I think I’m the ‘staying on topic’ nemesis 😅

    Hutch 35
    Flanno 30
    Kini 62 (Campbell back rd3)
    Salmon 33
    Hughes same as Chan

Like a nrlfantasyfanatics hot topics podcast, I like it.
I had the idea yesterday of posting a recap of the previous thread on the early pages of a new thread for the TLDR crowd
but yeah there's enough banter and discussions on here to fill half an hour

Some incredible banter on here yesterday and some equally enthralling controversies. Last nights game commentary had me literally laughing out loud. Would be a good listen in a podcast form

What's the go with Viliami Fifita? Will he keep his spot going forward?

I think he's a trap/failed cow, but I could downgrade Finefeuiaki to him to bank $42K

Honestly don't know but my feeling would be that the Dragons have a few more MID type guys hanging around (Other Molo, Couchmen plus Lawrie to come back in)  so Fifita's place is not guaranteed.

Finefeuiaki, while not guaranteed enough minutes, is probably guaranteed a spot on the bench and has first dibs on an edge spot in case of an injury.

Edit : Meant Sele not Molo

Reckon Fine is worth keeping then? I only have $41K bank atm, so I feel I may need extra cash next week...

Weighing up between Flegler and Hammer. Not sure which way I'll fall. Got another day to ponder I guess.

Also, Salomon gone and VFifi in. Feel Salmon is going to be a WEAK GUTTED DOG
