Have a look at the reserve grade stats for Duncan and what you should expect for minutes in first grade and compare to his starting price. Pretty simple formula, might be 3-5  points of value.

You fucked up. You used reserve grade stats which are irrelevant. He's had 7 games in first grade. Every one off the bench. ppm 1.02. He's never played 40 minutes in first grade. Starting 2rf for the first time in his life. lol/

I think the really important aspect here that's been missed is he's just a great footballer. He's not just some gap filler who will get dropped on form. He's always around the ruck when they make a quick play and he can bust a tackle. I like him as a player.

Sounds like he will play lock, even though named on the EDG. How many players significantly outperform their reserve grade stats long term, in 1st grade? That is your large sample size, not a great length of the field try in first grade.

Tempted to give him one more week as I just can't for the life of me believe the plan is to play him, Rudolf, and Finucane 40, 30, and 20 minutes respectively every week, or to give Hazleton, Williams, and Hunt 40+.

But then again they've showed their hand, he didn't get the role I wanted, they won so it worked, and I want to trade aggressively.

Hold unless there's someone you desperately want to chase and have no other tradeout options.

At $413k, not sure there is enough value to pick him over KPP for example, who looks like he could be a cheap gun EDG based on what we saw last week.

KPP to share edge time with other Knights fella who got injured (not sure how long he is out). Tallis Duncan (how long is Arrow out for)?

How is Duncan not a straight trade in.

He's like Smithy but better, because his name is Tallis.

Lock Tallis in your team and throw away the key. I was tossing up RFM and May and wasn't hugely keen on either so I'm thrilled Tallis is getting a start with good job security

lol. Keep digging. You fucked up. You didn't realise they were reserve grade stats and even if you did, you certainly didn't clarify it (quick edit?) with your link. Now you've got greenschist believing your bullshit. lol

Try NRL stats. MTB can help you. And Greeny.

Personally, I'm not going to base my opinion of TD on Reserve grade stats but they are there for anyone that does.

If they run out like that - if Sezer is under an injury cloud why would you put him on the bench.
And if they do run out like that who will Sezer spell? Galvin, Koro or will he mostly be for injury cover/utility value?

Reckon Seyfarth is a wait and see then huh?

Fantasy 34 but IRL was woeful. The fact Fantasy has him as zero missed tackles just shows this game doesn't reflect reality. bounce

I did know that they were reserve grade stats, referring to them and even linked them. His chances of getting those minutes at lock with Murray in the team are very low. Wouldnt be surprised to see MCK get on the bench by game time.

He wasnt getting close enough to his opposite CTR to touch him to miss the tackle.

Everyone is worried about guys like Salmon, Burbo, Wong getting dropped at some point because there are good players that might jump into the starting order (eg Curran, Schuster, Butcher)

I am not sure its a good idea to add to that list in Seyfarth, who is not guaranteed to hold the spot long term.

I found a glimmer on interest in Plath, until I saw his price tag.

I'd love KPP purely based on how exciting he looked next week. But sadly, his price also excludes him from the conversation for me. Looks like it'll come down to Duncan vs Seyfarth for me.

I like coin saved with Seyfarth but not sure about him. Duncan looks, on paper, a bit more appealing but I guess I will have to ponder this one properly for the next couple of days.
