    Maybe its just Manly

In the corresponding fixture last year Cheese got 47 minutes and Sandon 33
Cheese generally got 65+ minutes with Sandon on the bench (Against the Dolphins was the only other short spell from 8 games)

I wouldn't try and predict it. Sometimes players get more or less minutes than usual
Sometimes 1 player is playing too well to sub off. Sometimes someone has a minor niggle, or the game situation makes it fine for them to have a longer rest. Sometimes coaches just love screwing with fantasy players.

Terrell May is due a short minute game once enough of us have traded him in. Just play the long term average and resist the urge to play minutes-watch every week

Actually Campbell might not be the second coming, I've studied the sacred fantasy texts (Nrl.com) and read this about Dean Hawkins

It's just a great opportunity for Dean, he got the NSW Cup Player of  the Year last year and he led his team to the final and then beat the Queensland side,” Rabbitohs captain Cameron Murray said.

Reserve grade pedigree, leading a team to the promised land etc etc

Edit: Further evidence 'He has been training the house down this pre-season too.'

Adding "weight" to your argument, the star of that NSW Cup and State Championship side was ... Blake Taafe.

Galvin and TerMay seem like the most obvious trade-ins ever

Kicking myself it 60pts and 51k later for May but sunk cost. Still seems a screaming buy. Probably scores 27 in 38 mins this week

If Murray is on an edge again he will score 27 without breaking a sweat

Unless something weird comes up tomorrow: Hutcho and Wong for Terrell and Finefuiaki it is - already have Galvin.

I’m posting from a plane - work has deemed something warrants paid travel for the first time since COVID. In that tiny flight window where Qantas serves an actual meal (sort of) on a domestic flight, bit upset they’ve announced vego pizza rather than the old faithful meat pie. This has nothing to do with footy. I just really want a pie.

EDIT: also have to make that decision on whether I want to smash an alcoholic drink in the 10 mins of level flying between service and descent, or do what I would on the ground and decide 10 minutes is not enough time to enjoy a drink. I’m assuming they still serve alcohol on domestic flights to the back of the plane?
