Got 3 Doggies first up this afternoon - Hutcho, Kiraz and Salmon to drag that average down though - guess I could play Kini over one of them (well not Kiraz) if I was game.

On exact same score from 7c with Rapana & Fog the Pods.

which one should i play - (a) salmon or (b) galvin

is a 50-55 min salmon vs titans going to outscore an 80 min galvin vs sharks...currently have galvin.

Thats handy since as a Harris owner i remember seeing at least four

There are 3 separate stats companies that do NRL games

STATS found 2 missed tackles for Tohu (this is who NRL Fantasy uses)
Champion data found 3 (The is sportsdeck fantasy)
    and Foxsports found 2 (Supercoach)

Sometimes there are cases where 1 of the companies geta an outlier result, but this isn't one of them

That's a really tough one. Galvin has every chance of doing a Strange this week against a strong pack in the sharks. I feel like Salmon is for the most part a known quantity. About a 30. Depends if you're a gambling man. Even premiere 6s have a sub 30 in them.

It would also be strange having the choice of putting shoes on an actual salmon...

I'd go Salmon personally. Hopefully Shoes does get more minutes deeper in the Season, but injuries and HIA's first 2 games to Dogs players and he still only averaged 26 minutes unfortunately.

And I'm assuming you would suggest Chan over shoes too? Are we worried about Bradley spelling him?
Basically need to play 2 out of Salmon, Shoes and Chan.

I need to play one of these and ive just gone with Chan. Didnt really think about Bradley

Fearful that salmon loses out in a non injury affected game. Curran and mann are clearly better players.

Hopefully Fine doesnt get swapped to the bench for gosie last minute, since i cant reverse that now.

No galvin for me yet ...

    510/9c
Playing Strange the only real disappointment
Even then he was millimeters from a reasonable score if he had just put the ball down cleanly

Problem with being a half that doesn't kick and misses a few tackles is that he's going to need attacking points to do well at Fantasy.

For potential upside, yep, Salmon and Chan.

Shoes 26 minutes this year is already 10 minutes more then last year's average, and that's with this year's reshuffles through injury.

About time to start looking at SJ with this warchest

80k discount on starting price and base still appears to be pretty consistent

Had a lot of attacking stats last year so would need to return to those levels

I only realized too late that I could have put Strange in the loop with Kris, Burbo and Kiraz... Rolling Eyes
I thought that Strange would do better than a 12 pointer, lesson learned, he'll be in the EMG next wek

Does anyone read The Rugby League Eye Test articles? The guy does some really interesting statistical analysis. Nothing directly about Fantasy, but more meta team insights and trends. The latest article on there has a fair bit of relevance, where he is talking about a trend for a lot of teams to be moving wider more often this year so far over last, particularly Manly and Canberra to the right side.

Yeah, he's really good. I would love to know where he gets his data from, I'm assuming he doesn't pay for it.

Could do so much with it for fantasy.
