    Nah you'd get all the points. Pretty sure the only thing that removes points counting is a penalty or an error before the play occurs.

    Yeah its nuts. Should get everything then-2 for error. Maybe they say the play is incomplete? Can't say I've paid that much attention before.

    Bit of a head scratcher. Oh well none of this makes me feel any better for playing Strange this week. Not that I had a choice but oh well

    If you beat 4 players, make a line break and run 50m, before failing to put the ball down, all the stuff leading up to it should still count. But most of the defenders will still hanging off Strange when he put the ball down so if the rule a knock on then not much is going to count

    Even though it looked like he put downward pressure on it, they generally rule that if you lose a bit of control on the way down, you have to regather it completely before grounding it to count. If you lose control a little bit you can't just use the ground as the method for getting control back. I think that is what they ruled with Strange's effort

    My thoughts on Souths last night and a few general thoughts I’ll put it in a spoiler so those that don’t want to, don’t have to read it.

    I got home late from work last night very late I knew the result but loyal person that I am I watched it back in the early hours to say it didn’t hurt like hell would be lying it was depressing I’m getting around today miserable. But there are bigger things in life which puts things into perspective at times like my friend I used to work with her she’s two years younger than me she’s 28 she’s got ovarian cancer and it is spreading even after having both ovaries removed. I spoke to her at 1am last night and my heart breaks for her she’s just had Covid too and it’s fucked her lungs. I’m seeing her next Thursday. So that put into perspective for me that the footy is minor compared to this. I feel so upset for her today as well makes me feel even more low.

    As for the Roosters as much as I hate him I do have to say well done to JWH 300 games is an enormous achievement and for that he deserves to be congratuled on a great career.

    As for fantasy well if Cleary and Terrell May are out next week I’m fully fucked. I mightn’t even have 17 next week. I had Kris HIA last week now Piki this week and he looked like getting a 60 so that hurts. I’m 7/357 C probs below par with Sitili, Strange and Piakura. But again I should probs tell myself it’s a game I’m so competitive as you know but I should probs not be beating myself up so much. It’s just I put lots of effort into it and when it’s not going for you it really does suck. Just the theme of things at the moment. Looks like not getting Fogarty was a mistake too.


    Also my Pop is in the nursing home and a nurse gave him someone else medication and he’s had a reaction to it he’s in hospital and not well. I’m fuming how can they give him the wrong medication and someone else it’s negligence fuck me dead.

    Yeah I’ve f-d my team by not moving May to start just before kickoff.

    To cover Chan I need to start Shoes so I can move Salmon to EDG. Oopsies

    Still might do it… lock in 25 from Chan vs potentially playing with 16.
