Tin foil hat time- They just don’t count MTs for some players. Tohu was discussed earlier, but if you were ever going to catch an MT, its Cotter who went flying sideways and fell off, hair flying everywhere in what can only be described as a melodramatic missed tackle.

Can't be hard to get right. Total TB in game should equal total MT? That Cotter one on Sloan was clear

Not the case as if a defender falls off a tackle but another defender is still in contact it's not a TB, will always be more MTs.

It used to be as Shady said. Haven't looked at it for a few years though. But TB's used to always add up to MT's.
