I mean, I play when I can - had to move my membership to 'country member' which was sad - but when I look around the clubhouse I don't think hyper macho. I think "wow there are a lot of really old boring rich guys here, I hope they don't try and talk to me". I certainly don't think they know anything about life because they chose to play a sport that cares about how neatly your trousers are ironed.

Rabbits21 feels things very strongly, it makes him somewhat annoying but nothing less of a man.

Maybe it’s worth just the one trade of Wong to Galvin and that gives me 17 this week. Leave Cleary, Piakura alone for the week and see what happens?

Piakura is out for a month, but looks a decent player and has a nailed spot on his return. And he's not too much cash to have dead in red. Could be a good call if you can make up the cash generation elsewhere

I can go Cleary and Kini to Koro and Turbo, but part of me wants to get Campbell over Turbo and use the extra 200k to get Hynes in after the bye.

Yeah, I’ll hold Cleary and Piakura at least for this week. Tuaupiki too. CNK not being back this week gives me faint hope we might get another match from him.

Thankfully I have Wong and Kini to get rid of instead. I’m so lucky to have all these options.

Yeah one of those annoying ones where id probably want to trade him back in when he returns so like Cleary might be best to just hold and just play with what I have until they return. I have no Sharks/Panthers/Rabbitohs so no bye issues for the next 3 weeks

Anyone know why draft RFA not processed?
Also why is draft not the “popular” form of the game? NFL fantasy player here so just seems a bit odd it’s so behind the classic form.

It’s not really a skill based game I don’t think. And generally players are too scared to trade as they think they are being swindled.

I've made trades and reversed legit about 10 times to see what I like within my team.

I can't make the exact trades I want responsibly. Whilst others are putting out fires I'm going to look at trading two potential dud cows and look into focusing on cash gen, it might sacrifice points as I won't be getting in the big names but hopefully it pays dividends.

Cotric and Chan out for Talagi and Finefeuiaki, both have a low BE and will make some cash with the potential for Talagi to have 8 weeks in the halves, should make some good cash. FF I'm less convinced with however I can start him for now until Piakura comes back into the side and he can sit either on the bench or in the EMGs until he's ready to milk.

This gives me 18 players this week, albeit with the same plebs as the others like Levi, Hutch, Burbo. I have a good feeling Burbo scores a try against the Dragons. Hughes in the loop.

I think I am going to start pre-empting trading down to at most 2 players from a team ahead of each of their byes. Trade out 1 of my 3 Bulldogs and 2 of my 4 Raiders by the week before.

Yeah I don't have high hopes of Cotric playing. Would need a trampoline accident/dog bite/fireworks explosion for him to make the 17. Probably goes next week for me

The draft formats of supercoach and fantasy have always been an afterthought from a development point of view

In ye olden days VNRL was certainly the most popular form of fantasy before Supercoach/dream team became the default versions of the game, and nrlceo and nearylsport have small but dedicated followings.

nearlysport is the main comp I play, but the one thing I like about the overall format is that it leads itself more to communities like this where people can discuss player stats and trades together. With draft formats there's not so much week to week discussion other than just trash talking
So even though my nearlysport teams are my "main" teams, I spend more time talking about Fantasy
