    I've got some catching up to do with pages, but the doubt about Iro's job security is baffling. He's a gun. He's been waiting in the wings for a while. He has the breeding of Phar Lap. Bloke's a gazelle. Check out his YT highlights. He and the Shark's halves will cut Tass and our reserve grade winger to shreds this week and spot owned. Talakai is a forward bench player now, doesn't have the stamina for 80 minutes.

    TLDR: Iro is a safe buy.

    I'm definitely on the bandwagon this week

    Sitili ---> Angus
    Chan ---> Iro

    Iro has been touted as a future star and I think he will grab the opportunity with both hands and not let that jersey go.
    I think both Chester and Chevy are bigger risks.

    I have more urgent trade outs, but I keep coming back to:

    Cheese -> Hynes
    Rapana -> Stewart

    Very tempting.

    Would you rather have a mid tier 5/8 who barely kicks at all, or an extremely talented genuine 7 who does almost all the kicking

    Might be a bit generous. Going OK though.

    You don't think Lomax would be ahead of Turuva at Penrith, and Arther/Mariner at the Broncos? Roosters this year fully healthy maybe not.

    If I do a second trade this week and get Iro it's not just cash gain from him but cash gain most likely from selling Sitili

    I'm thinking Duncan and Pakuira are dispensable (2 red dots too) and Gray/Iro could end up OK...one or both might, but they're safe cows imo. The two sells are easy to get back if they do get the roles. Puts $240k in the bank for next week's 3 trade bonanza

    No interest in Chevy mate? (actually he might have muted me)

    Just feel like there are far too many question marks. I have Kris/Strange at CTR as well so would kinda need any other CTRs I buy to be 100% available during their bye. Bought Talagi hoping he would be available and don’t think I can afford another miss

    You and @BCT05 have covered all the points I currently have in mind regarding Chevy / Iro.

    This time yesterday I was all in on Iro, however I’m going to be doing Chevy this week and then next week I will more than likely pick up Chester if he gets DPP. Will need cover for Gutho / Kiraz / Chevy in the coming weeks.

    I also don’t want Hynes and Iro blocking a potential Nikora trade in once he has bottomed out.

    Is he Lachlan Galvin safe, or Tallis Duncan safe?

    I am sure he is a good player - but plenty of good players struggle to get consistent first grade positions.

    Chevy/Iro look like good cows, but their prices aren't going to bump hugely off base/near base in one game.

    What’s the point in waiting a week on someone like Iro? If you’re worried about his JS this week what changed next week? Same probably goes for Chevy

    If I'd waited a week to watch Kini, I would not have bought Kini. And we'll learn more about It's JS when the sharks injury list does down.
