Katoa seems like a great buy for those that got on, after the next price rise I'm not sure he'll be all that much value, but as Beth pointed out he'll be very valuable as a half over the bye period.

There’s a crazy world out there where next week I get Cleary, Galvin, Chan and Talagi back into my team. Am really hoping that even though Hutch is rubbish I can get away with a no trade week.

Various reports have Cleary not playing next week. Penrith probably have no need to risk him against the Tigers.
