In hindsight I think the kick from Infront after the penalty makes the call have more importance than a normal time through the game, I could easily accept a penalty from the incident. I don't want to see any injuries cause that's bad for the game and shit for all involved so need to set boundaries and stamp it out.

But lussick is coming directly opposing the force of ilias leg in the act of the kick, I'd call that dangerous and clearly a worst case outcome. Aloia comes across Johnson's body. If the call is any contact with the kickers legs that's sweet but the ref said dangerous which means it can be interpreted
