Just need to get through this week without injuries and HIAs to the team
Salmon to Piakura trade on the cards though, so should be managable

Yeah I'm warming to the Salmon to Piakura idea.. also frees up enough to go Tatola to Sorenson. Was looking at Marzhew, Walsh or Garrick next week, but a decent chance one of them will be even cheaper in 2 weeks rather than 1, while MID is a bit of a wasteland unless spending big.

What were the eye test thoughts on Chevy Stewart ? Didn't watch the game closely, seems like a quiet game, which is fine for a cow.. he look ok though? Theory is.. points will come ?

Levi to Chevy seems to make a bit of sense.

He was eager and ran hard in general and on kick returns (thought he was about to get injured game 1 the way he was running back at some big boys).

Not overly involved in attack close to the line which is not a surprise I guess for game 1.

You can tell the talent is there though.

Yeah, he got a 70 last week without doing much. Dolphins really under-strength.

He did all the basics well, solid under the high ball, good kick returns.
To me it looks like Sticky just told him to keep it simple, not do anything fancy. Similar to Strange's first game, where he just did the basics well.
I think his scores will gradually improve, a good buy if you can use him as a cash-out and stash him away in the EMG, but wouldn't want to play him in the 17 yet

Starting with him was better than Tedesco tbf. Pretty solid scoring at CTR and hasn't lost a bunch of cash.

Would love to have SJ in my team, but can't justify to buy him atm

That's true. I'm running him in the WFB though but nevertheless, I expected more involvement from him during games, but have to class him as a keeper in the back 5 no matter what IMO, at this stage.

Not sure if you saw my post earlier mate but I've traded him to Ponga. I think if you can gun up to SJ, it's probably worth it.

Yep, making money for now. The real question is are you willing to play him in your 17 next week with all your Bulldogs out.

Just the two Bulldogs out - means I have to play B. Smith on his up week at MID or trade him to another MID

Yeah being able to chuck him at CTR down the line should be handy. I would've picked him at WFB too if starting with him and cheap CTRs always the go. Have been some better alternatives like Cobbo, Trbo or Lomax, but RTS hasn't been bad for his price compared to a few others. Not a bad next couple with Dragons and Titans for a boom game.

Nice, cheers, also @BCT05 - he's a stashed in NPRs unless required player for me. The cash from Levi to Chevy is hard to ignore. Levi is past used by.

Hopefully Broncos are standard ADHD footy this weekend and a nice score for Chev

Actually I did and it was the reason behind the balls to actually do the trade. YOLO. Good luck with no more BHunny cheer
