What were the eye test thoughts on Chevy Stewart ? Didn't watch the game closely, seems like a quiet game, which is fine for a cow.. he look ok though? Theory is.. points will come ?

Levi to Chevy seems to make a bit of sense.

Fantasy wise projects as a poor man's Dylan Edwards for me. Doesn't quite have the speed or strength to rack up bulk tbs but will get the occasional one. Going to be mainly run metres with the occasional attacking stat so probably don't want him in the 17. Solid under the high ball and has decent positioning so should stick around

Actually I did and it was the reason behind the balls to actually do the trade. YOLO. Good luck with no more BHunny cheer

As I mentioned, unfortunately he doesn't seem to be elevating to elite tier, so getting 40s while the likes of SJ or Ponga are getting 60s, what's the point of keeping him. Might screw some balance up over the next couple of weeks but no point being conservative.

Cue an 80 from him this arvo though lol.

Yeah being able to chuck him at CTR down the line should be handy. I would've picked him at WFB too if starting with him and cheap CTRs always the go. Have been some better alternatives like Cobbo, Trbo or Lomax, but RTS hasn't been bad for his price compared to a few others. Not a bad next couple with Dragons and Titans for a boom game.

Getting DPP was a big enticement to start with him. If I can get him up to centre permanently soon, there's no need to stress or waste a trade on him I think.

When you've got a bunch of inconsistent duds down the tail end how do you pick 2 out of
    chester, Kris, Hughes, Flanagan, salmon
    Probably thinking in that order

Starting with him was better than Tedesco tbf. Pretty solid scoring at CTR and hasn't lost a bunch of cash.

Starting Tedesco was fine up until the HIA. Average of 55 over the first 4 rounds is top tier WFB scoring.

Obviously scoring a 5 is going to hurt your price, and then wasn't a great game against the Storm.

But as an owner I'm not really planning selling him (maybe around origin if he going to get rested a bunch) and I assume most non owners will be at least considering him in the next few weeks.

Speaking of Ponga, has there actually been any updates on him, does anyone know?

Most hip pointers are just needled up and play on. Cobbo had one last year and didn't seem to hinder him much from memory.

Yeah it was fine up until the HIA, which killed his average. Was putting some perspective on Wolfy being unhappy about the RTS pick, when it turns out it would've been better to start with RTS over a popular option like Teddy.

With Foran less viable, might go last minute Egan. Even if I'm cheering against him first up.

Sounds like he won’t be kicking. Not sure if that’s general or goalkicking or both.

Barry Toohey seems to think he won’t be kicking

Interesting this, think NRL physio said he should be ok to kick. But of course, he's just basing it off generic case studies. Each individual injury is unique

Ponga did still score 69 on one leg for 20, and not kicking for 60

Yeah I don’t think it would persuade me if I was purchasing. As long as he has 3 TA all to Best then I’m happy

Yeah I'm not too worried. Someone on the Knights forum posted that Marzhew said Ponga was fine. Must have been from a press interview I'm guessing.

I know getting your car impounded would be tough but surely someone could give him a lift to the game.
