If he was already tackled and the tackler was taking him into touch, then the tackler should have been penalised first.

If your talking about Jenkins’ Tallis impression, you can’t pass the ball after the tackle is completed, surely you didn’t expect he was just supposed to let himself get dragged into touch with the ball?

Shouldn't it be a penalty to Dogs if he's dragged out? Surely you can't just pass it when tackled though. He's passing off the ground

Haas has a bye 13/16 whereas chin just 16.
