They need a stronger penalty for tripping. Players doing it, knowing at worst it is a penalty and a fine.

If it was play on, then they must has ruled his arm didn’t touch the ground, because if it did, then the tackle is completed and Jenkins get penalised for going on with a completed tackle, so it’s either play-on or a Bulldogs penalty, not sure how you manage to find a Knights penalty in it
