Sorry, was trying to imply 2 of haas's byes fall in the origin rounds whereas only one of Cleary's does

Ah ok, Cleary has a bye RD19 though so both very similar. The main difference Cleary has already had a bye

He needs more mongrel in him, he runs like he's always been taller and bigger than the younger kids and told not to go hard and hasn't grown out of it. The one time I've seen him run hard last week he got a LB.

What relevance does Pongas score have to Salmons? Why even say that?

Because if he is ahead of Ponga, I am happy with the outcome. He is the highly owned player in the game that I don't have.

I guess come round 27 Salmon is a chance to have scored more total points than Ponga.......

Spoiler: the game isn’t finished, Ponga will have more points when it is.

Knights are so frustrating to watch as a fan.

    Aint that the truth.
Frustrating is one word for it. Ill discipline kills the Knights almost every week.
WTF was Hastings thinking. And Marzhew, 1st tackle, ball-control mate.

The wait for Salmon offensive stat (tackle break, try/line break involvement, offload) still continues

Do we think Terrell is this season's Lachlan Miller, the one that has made lots of money, but may not have the role we want going forward and best to jump off at the peak?

Let me translate what he meant to say:

I don't own Ponga but that's the right call because Salmon is outscoring him at half time.

Canberra coach Ricky Stuart is posed to parachute former Manly speedster Kaeo Weekes into his depleted side for Sunday’s big game against Cronulla at GIO Stadium. Weeks’ expected elevation comes as the Raiders confirmed regular halfback Jamal Fogarty would be sidelined for up to 12 games with a ruptured bicep.

Canberra has no intention of trying to expedite the recruitment of Parramatta’s Ethan Sanders – a player signed from 2025 – for this year.Weekes was 18th man against Brisbane on Saturday night and has been playing in five-eighth for Canberra’s NSW Cup side this season. It is likely Weekes will partner young Ethan Strange in the halves. Ponga is a passenger at the moment with his injury. AOB still playing him is irresponsible to his health, we're not going to win games with a FB at 50% health, no matter how good he is.
