I’ve never been overly fond of getting rid of green dots but it seems to make sense this week.
May could be anything from 20-60 points this week.

Kris sitting in 18-21 probably means he’s due to be upgraded if I’m not playing him

Cleary out is annoying, it would have been more interesting for there to be 2 solid captaincy options this week. I totally understand if longterm Cleary holders pivot to Hynes this week, it's the obvious move.
I got Cleary last week and I'm happy to hold as I also have Hynes, it just means I need to play a couple of cheapies, at least I have a few l**p options.

Also I'm a reluctant Cheese holder. I picked up JBrailey for Lussick this week, so I'll need someone to cover HOK for rd12 (Knights' bye). Also need a hooker for 16, and I don't really want to waste a trade on the current hooker selection, so I may just put the smelly Cheese in the back of the fridge for now
    Spoiler:

And I can loop/spin the cheese come rd 13 with the MIDs, what could go wrong?

This is where I'm at. Still have Lussick for the time being as I brought in Brailey for Levi last week, and have stuck Cheese in the Mid. At the moment I need him for Rd 13 unless I trade for a mid. I'd like Bateman, but only available at EDG may cause me headaches later.

Edit: I could trade Lussick to Bateman...

Was all set on Lussick to Brailey mainly due to reasons of disdain but wondering now if a Cheese to Brailey is the smarter play

Cheese stands to lose more money between now and 13 if he scores around 35 pts & Lissick probably stays around the same price doing the same.

.....actually just looked at Lussick's average playing over 40 but under 60 and can confidently say that he has no chance of averaging 35

That's a good shout. Will consider today, but the idea of holding Lussick as my hooker cover is also pretty gross.

The Cleary out is very frustrating after holding for a while so biting the bullet and getting Hynes.

    Kris - Weekes/Armstrong
    Robson - Brailey
    Lane - Hynes

It feels like a sensible decision but trying to stay strong on ranks with 1mil on the bench for half the year so far isn't fun

Didn’t realise I had a route to Hynes this week while still holding Cleary. It isn’t pretty but it’s an option.

    May to Hynes
    Gutherson to Atkinson
    Kris to Brailey

Huh, I can loop Fuller/Armstrong thanks to Chevy.

Good lad that one - kicks in even when on shore leave.

What isn't pretty about that? Great trades I reckon. Only concern would be mid cover

It all depends on whether or not you need Hooker or Middle cover.

I currently just have Grant, so I really should get some hooker cover. I have plenty of mids, but they are mostly a bit shit and like the idea of a borderline keeper in Jolliffe, at what should still be hopefully 100k discount.

Current Mids: Curran, Fainu, Salmon, Smithies, TMay.

Definitely trading out May, contemplating Smithies. Plath is coming in. If Smithies out it would be for Jolliffe. Otherwise hold Smithies and trade someone else for Brailey
