    Long term I only wanted May because he was a potential cut price keeper. While he may score well this week he has shown he won't be a keeper. I'm punting him into the sun

    This is the question, May has made enough money to fulfil the job as an early season cash cow but the reality of the Roosters rotations means that he can't be either a season keeper or even a reliable bye cover option unless a lot of things go right(plus you can by a $300k bench prop to score you 20 points in RD 13)

    The likelihood is that he is going to leak cash....even this week there is no guarantee he gets way more minutes.

    If Radley comes into 2nd row, Butcher goes into the MiD rotation with Whyte and Watson. If Radley goes to lock Watson probably plays more mins in mid rotation.

    I will now be proven wrong Very Happy

    Yeah of course, but worth considering if multiple trades wanted possibly next week

    FFS thought it was finally gonna be a straightforward week trade-wise. Was just planning to do May to Garrick.

    Now I wake up to find Cleary's out, May's starting, and suddenly I need a half and a captain.

    Could do Chester + FineAF to Garrick and Armstrong maybe. Weekes to half. Or just stick with plan A?

    Team in case anyone has any better ideas:

    let this be a lesson for players coming back after being out for 2+ games that it's probably prudent to wait a week just in case the previous injury resurfaces....i'm guilty i got cleary last week
    it's the old fantasy ruled don't pick players coming off an injury...i used to strictly adhere to this rule remember years ago gallen had a pre season injury & the 1st game he went off within the 1st 5 mins & heaps had him well i didn't cause of the rule.

    If Radley comes in, I'll probably trade him, if not, I'll more than likely hold.

    If I was trading to a keeper, sure, but Plath probably is only borderline.

    my thinking was probably:
    Lussick -> Plath
    Burbo -> Armstrong (probs)

    Terrell -> Garrick

    whether or not to pull the trigger on Terrell is moreso about wanting to slow on trades. Getting Garrick means I don't have to play Strange though. And he's likely a season keeper. decisions..

    Plath looks pretty good right now, but he's a young guy who might get a bit tired after a few more weeks of NRL and just settle down to being a 40 pt guy..

    Fuck Robbo roulette JWH and Radley back next week.

    Goodbye May hello Plath. I’ll get scores around 50 from Plath or just below I’m happy with that.
