I've brought in Drinkwater. I'm ranked 30k though, so fair warning.
I'm going to blame you for me being in last place by a significant margin in Fantasy fantasy (maybe picking my fantasy, fantasy team using the 'great poster' 5 minute technique is flawed, surely not?)
Maybe Drinky turns it around for you and I can ride on your coattails to second last......dreams

Max trading has been where it's at.
Next week might be my first round of not max trading, Turbo to Weekes might be the only trade (unless Koula gets named FB in teamlists)

yeah I'm very bullish on Matto, can't see him keeping the spot when Carty returns, but my name isn't Barry, Peter, or Tigs so I can be wrong about this

Seems about the same risk as Eisenhuth for less $$$.
Eisenhuth just feels like a gross trade to me. It just doesnt seem like a journyman type player would keep the 13 big min role long term.. but i have no idea there

I got Garrick last week at least so it's not as bad but if Garrick moves to the wing, he's almost a trade out edging 600K. 38 average.
Garrick averages 29 on the wing and 24 at center when Turbo isn't playing.

Grant
Cotter, Waddell, Salmon
Crichton, KPP
Hynes, Cleary
Iro, Burbo
Turbo, Teddy, Weekes
Galvin, Robson, Brailey, Kris
Papenhuyzen, Hughes, Piakura, Armstrong
1 - If Armstrong tanks it, I can trade Paps to Fa'alogo
If Armstrong goes well, I get his score at WFB for Weekes
2 - Standard loop between Hughes/Piakura using Kris,
Is this set up OK? Anything else I'm missing or that I should consider?

Gives Faalogo 5 games and Koula 5 games. Guess it’s worth it although only Koula has the track record from those two
Papy listed as R14-15, but could be as little as 4 weeks, which would be 3 games.

Disregard.
I will bring in Weekes this round if Armstrong has a great game, so I can loop him in.

3 games at CTR, 1 was in 2019. Would think no Turbo diminishes his appeal as a CTR, but probably not to that degree.

Manly turn to dogshit when Turbo isn't playing. Garrick and Saab both have much higher averages when Turbo is playing. Its statistically valid.

I have no idea either, but you and Chewie have encapsulated my feels on this.
Matto feels like a bit of an upside play in the a dicey position especially for R13. Eisenhuth is gross. Fainu is my other option, but feels like I'm back in that CTR roulette pool at the start of the year with Luki/Piakura/Wong/Tups etc.

Saab has averaged 6 pts higher without Turbo in 2023, and 7 points higher in 2022
V'Landys ball 2021 is a crazy 39 with Turbo, 10 without that presents the much higher average.
But the yearly splits present some pretty obvious nuance to the narrative.

FWIW Brad Parker scored more with Turbo in 2023, less in 2022, and about the same in 2021 and 2020.
I don't think any of this is statistically valid in addressing whether Turbo is a net positive or net negative for Manly outside backs. Source: trust me bro I'm a statistician (sort of)
