Anyone jumping on Cody Walker this week? Could see him as an awesome buy for the next 10 weeks, though not many of us need yet another half (especially for those getting Weekes next week).

Speaking of halves, was just reading the article on nrl.com and it sounded more like Luai might try to step into Cleary’s role? Not sure if that means he’ll actually play halfback and Cole five/eighth, but could be interesting at his price if he picks up a stack of kick metres.

A bit of a shorter preview today as I’m limited for time.
So Game Day is upon us as we take on the Dragons later today at 5:30pm. It’s always been a strong rivalry against a traditional rival. I know quite a lot of Dragons fans so I won’t hear the end of it if we lose. The Dragons are a much better side this year so this is a very hard one. It looks to be quite wet so we will have to limit the errors and match them in the middle as best we can. Yes we are depleted but that gives opportunities to others who need to step up. Good luck to Dion, Frenchy today and Gehmat filling in due to our injury crisis. Cody game 200 we are all proud of you mate go get it today and have a big one. And Trell welcome back you owe us big time mate. I’ll be at work with one eye on it but I’ll watch it back when I get home late whether we win or lose. Cmon boys dig deep and do us proud.
OK ALL RABBITOHS MEMBERS AND SUPPORTERS AT 5:28PM ON YA FEET LETS GO RABBITOHS GLORY GLORY LETS GO AND GET THESE DRAGONS!!

Does this just leave anyone else feeling a bit underwhelmed?

Joey Manu's put out a couple of YouTube VLOGs last couple of weeks. At the end of the most recent one Cheese was talking about how he traded out May to Angus last week
He also is aware of his own shitty fantasy scoring haha

More than any other season, people seem to be trading based on whatever happened last week
People knew (or should have known) Terrell May was capable of up and down, but still a lot of trade him on or our based on whatever he just scored.
The one that gets me is Corey Waddell, scoring fine for a few weeks. One bad score and a bunch of people trade him out to miss his 51. I was genuinely surprised when he was mentioned as a tradeout option

He scored 1 try in the rest of his career and miraculously scored a double the week everyone sold and also has a full strength pack where he’s probably capped at 40 mins max
Was the right decision to sell

He'll string together 2 weeks of 50+ at some point and there will be talk of trading him back in.

I’d love to jump on him, this week or any week.Snatchpato wrote:Anyone jumping on Cody Walker this week? Could see him as an awesome buy for the next 10 weeks, though not many of us need yet another half (especially for those getting Weekes next week).
It’s just unfortunate that there are laws against that kind of thing.

Bought in Matto for Salmon instead of eisenhuth for Piakura. Excitement/funs not all it’s cracked up to be . I’m an idiot. Another 50 for big boring Tom?

Scored 24 in a half just tackling and kicking and is $230k
Scored 50 odd next to Cleary in WCC.

I am going to ditch Smithies this week, just need to work out who for.
Can afford Jolliffe - could be overpaying but he probably still has a bit of money to make, the way he is playing. Of all the players I didn't trade in this season, he is my biggest regret.
Its either that or bring in Moale/Fainu for cash and then get Payne Haas next week
Any other MIDs worth getting? If Arrow was fully fit I'd like him given the Souths injury list but I think he's closer to reinjury than good scores.

Prior to the injuries this week, it looked very likely that Waddell would be back to the bench next week with Haumole and Burbo the starting edge. It now looks likely that Burbo moves to centre and Waddell keeps the starting edge.Milchcow wrote:

Not necessarily a bad trade, just a bad result.

Assuming you can't afford a big gun in Gagai or Manu?
Out of the two, I'd probably pay up for Ramien. Kelly and Sami also going okay. Or take a punt on a cheap Wighton.
Thanks for the feedback Wolfy

I'm holding Terrell to ditch Smithies, does that make it better?
Main reason to ditch Smithies, is don't think he's a keeper, and has 2 byes in 5 weeks, so may as well go now.
Can cover this week, so holding for 13 a possibility and then ditch for R14. But if I can get someone in this week who is a keeper, and or well undervalued then beneficial to pull the trigger now
