I'm a little disappointed that responsibility for teaching the "Don't captain a back" moral lesson fell on Armstrong rather than Tedesco

I say this as a Tedesco owner but non-captainer

Could still fall on Tedesco as well.

    This was my Captain-Isaako moment.

I'm going to blame me not checking the weather in Newcastle before deciding captaincy.

Just happy that all my other players have turned up for 3x 50s so far.

I don’t really think this is valid or fair

Nobody bye planned in Salmon, Hughes or Talagi, they were cash cows people happened to have since early days, and since you can’t make all the trades, it made sense to hold 1-3 of them

Last week it was a very different story. A couple of those guys outscored Preston straight up. Like there’s variance or something?

Also you need to find a 5th player to get to 13, I guess someone who scored less than 5 so the Preston side still wins the hypothetical.

    Also feeling attacked.

As Rob said, it's not like I traded in Salmon and Hughes for byes. They were already there from rd 1. Both were in my emergencies last week, I looped them in because Salmon scored two tries. I'll be looping out Hughes this week by the way. Are you suggesting that I should have traded one of them, a starting edge or a starting prop playing a major bye to Preston? The main reason I didn't get Preston is he's been benched every week they are full strength, and still might be for all we know. Good to be lucky I guess. All becomes meh, tomorrow anyway when captain Terrell banners.

AFuck this game, started the year with Shoes and held him until now solely for his bye coverage (not so I could cover injuries or make alternative bone headed trades). I’m deleting the app or something…..

Looks like he's trying to recruit SI for technical support on his website... very subtle name dropping there

The round is far from over

I recommend captaining a hooker who averages 50+ so you can enjoy seeing his 10 point first half

I captained Teddy and have a bad feeling about it
Maybe I should have listened to good guy Snatch and put the C on on Carty who currently is my highest scoring player
