Think I need to keep a trade in hand for the last game of the round to grab Hands if Matto is a no show.
He solves so many problems in my team with his DPP but just can’t be trusted to be available

If you are considering Seyfarth at 400k and having doubts (fair enough) just think about what the extra cash will get you. Also if it’s a choice between him and Uto for example then Seyfarth only needs to score 60% of what Uto gets to be the same value. He looks set for close to 80 for some time too so to expect a 50 is not unreasonable. I unfortunately need a mid.

Would you go Twal over Uto and Koala? Or go which keeper (Uto or Koala). They are pretty much the same price and both very safe!

Thanks for taking the time Jimmy.

    I've got currently penciled in:

    Kris > Hands
    Strange > Wighton
    Shoes > Fifita
Koula > Seyfarth (can't afford Twal by 14k)

Other option is to grab Fermor over Fifita and Twal over Seyfarth. Would leave more cash in the bank, and can reassess Fifita before origin game 2. Will ponder this after tonight's game. I know Hynes is most likely a trade, but if he gets dropped he'll be an awesome POD to hold through the origin period. Again, will assess after tonight's game.

If he stays Origin-free, Fifita will be the highest scoring player in the game between now and R20. Don't go cheap on captaincy options is always a good call.

i traded out tohu a couple weeks ago, but.. surprised he's not even getting a mention. is it because he had a lowish score last outing? lol. if he scored 70 last time he played i imagine he'd be a top trade in. classic fantasy

Seyfarth actually is MID only, despite playing a lot of EDG.

Doesn't play 19 and I really need MIDs for 19

Lucky Seyfarth is a MID then 👍

    Position and skill wise

but does tohu averaging 55 outscore a mid who plays 16 and 19 who ends up averaging 40-45 or gets dropped to bench or whatever.

the usual questions hang around tohu though.. does he keep playing 70+.. everyone expects that to slow down eventually.

anyway seyfarth feels like a gross pick but he's also hard to ignore.

Tohu's injury history makes him a never again for me. I've owned him a few times and he's never lasted more than a couple weeks before getting injured.

Hands is a bit of a no brainer yeah? Doesn’t really help with my bye plans but should probably take the money makers when they arise?

Tohu with a 71 BE is next week's problem - he'll be in the mix with Tapine, Plath, Uto, Twal, Koloa and Ming.

Agree he's a better average scorer than that lots, but also more expensive, more held-together-with-strapping, and has two byes remaining.

Have done Hynes, Crichton and Smithies to Yeo, Fifita and Twal, which feels incredibly strong for now. I'll only have 17 this week if Cotter and Hopgod back up, as well as being worried about Armstrong and Koula

A friend of mine is considering a move up to Townsville/Magnetic Island. How hot and humid does it get?

I’ve got him. Expecting a boost in output now his hands hopefully better.
