    NRL.com has him back at R16, so probably just a bit too late, similar to Moses before game 1.

    Even if there were more WFBs around for that, if Trell is not picked in Origin he is a must-own in 16 and 19. Guys like that can end your season if they score a 100 while your shittos score 25 each.

    I was looking at alternatives but i think its worth the punt and even if he did play origin its not a total disaster for my team.

    would miss 16 17 19.

    17 isn't an issue for me so at worst he is a top line WFB that plays 14 15 18 20 and then no more byes for the rest of the year.

    also means I can punt Armstrong or Koula if need be this week.

    We are running low on trades so he is a season keeper that should miss only 1-3 more games.

    The Latrell punt actually looks decent which can move Armstong to the bench to trade to anyone if need be.

    I'm probably also selling Armstrong and running a back 3 of Drinky + Trell + Fa'alogo (with Manu + Weekes on the bye, Kiraz at centre and Atkinson at half)

    Rising fullback Fletcher Sharpe could be a late inclusion in Newcastle’s starting side to play Melbourne this Sunday.

    David Armstrong has been named at fullback with Sharpe included in the 22-man squad.

    This masthead can reveal Knights coach Adam O’Brien has used both players in the fullback role this week at training. (Dean Ritchie)

    I'm 99% sure Armstrong knows he's not playing, and was just named as a smokescreen for Sharpe.

    Probably gonna do 4 trades this week as a result.

    Oregon -> Seyfarth (might switch to Wighton and play S Hughes as starting MID, can't afford Fainu)

    Angus -> Fifita

    Walsh -> Trell

    Armstrong -> J Hughes

    I have screwed myself for this round

    Was relying on Walsh and Armstrong to play just to get 17 (and that was with 4 trades)

    Looks like I'll be playing a couple short, and Hughes and Waddell will be 2 of them

    Just hope to not drop too many ranks, and claw some back over the next bye rounds

    How long do they normally take to bring in a new player?

    Im concerned is say Sharpe is a late change that he won't be in the game to go Armstrong to him

    Ouch, yeah, it seems I'm playing with 14. Still booting Hughes though.

    if Sharpe is playing he would likely know by now.

    For player debuts they'd do a jersey presentation, and let him call his family to let them know.
    Clubs love putting up videos of people calling their parents to tell them they are making first grade debut.

    I am not Fletcher Sharpe, and am not related to him, so I don't know the answer, but some people would definitely be aware if he's playing

    We should have good idea if Armstrong cut before first Saturday game right? Or maybe just Sharpe survives in 19

    Think I’ll drop Armstrong to Fifita, which will leave me with $190K. Had thought about captaining a one handed Galvin and just waiting on official Armstrong news before deciding whether it was him, Hynes, or Mikaele going for Fifita,

    However, I feel like most who are bringing in DFifi will captain him and if he goes off I’m left well behind. Not that I already am.

    Trades will be Kris, Cheese, Shoes, Armstrong out, Wighton, Fainu, Hands, Fifita in.

    I could punt on Twal, but I think the extra $93K I save by going Fainu will be more beneficial.

    I wonder if it could mean Armstrong could play wing and they interchange through the game? Clutching I know.

    I'm not 99% sure what I know most of the time, I wish I could delve into the brain of an emerging outside back with that level of confidence

    “I’ll wait and see but I don’t think so (for) this week,” Dylan Edwards said after the Origin I loss.

    I usually save this for my Patreon subscribers, but these are my trades for the week.

    GOING ALL-IN -- 4 TRADES!!!!
    2 to get to 17, then 2 more to get to 17 I actually like

    Hynes --> Fifita(c)
    Walsh --> Twal
    Hughes --> Wighton (CTR needed this week)
    Piakura --> Mitchell (with scope to switch to Armstrong --> Mitchell based on Knights mail 24hrs out)

    334k still ITB (212k if bin Armstrong instead of Piakura)
    7 trades left (2 for R19, other 5 for inevitable carnage)

    When's Turbo back? Hopa as a cashout could go okay and fill a spot in round 16.
