I'm most likely still selling. Looking at him as a reverse cash cow, if I sell him and he averages around 60 for his next 3 games he loses 150k. Even if whoever I replace him with stays at their price I've made 150k when I trade him back in.
I actually don't hate this strategy. I was speaking to my student about Hynes and he was extremely concerned about his BE. I told him that if you plan on keeping Hynes the entire season, his BE is irrelevant. Never really considered the reverse cowgirl cashcow idea. Definitely worth considering.

Then again, if I can field a 17 this week without trading him, and still get Fifita through other trades (thank you Brendan Hands), I don't see holding for one week being an issue. Can always trade next week unless he's looking like a hold for some reason (definitely missing origin + healthy).

Liking the look at bringing in EKat or Fermor for bye purposes. Covers 16/20 and I have a current surplus of EDG options for 19.

Upside of Fermor is that his base has been awesome this year/lately, and he hasn't gotten many tries which we know he can do. Possibly due some positive regression re: attacking stats, could be a big scorer. Plays 16/19/20, misses 17.

Upside of Katoa is that he has a similar base to Fermor, but has been crossing the stripe more. He's in a better side which will likely go his way more often with Munster out of the side. Plays 16/17/20, misses 19.

Katoa fits better for my byes and current squad and will allow me to pick up another round 17 bye player (Wighton/Latrell) whereas Beau wont. Beau however is cheaper. Probably leaning EKat.

TBH I'm not sure I buy that Sharpe was the front runner. It was Toohey's opinion and he no longer has any inside info. Have we heard anything from AOB to say that Armstrong was keeping the jersey warm for Sharpe?

Upside of Latrell not making Origin worth the risk? 13 trades left before making any this week

there is probably a fair amount of risk when picking latrell at any time.

    Hynes > Fifita
    Kris > Twal
Hughes > EKat (I'm joining the party @Weiland)
    Strange > Hands

    Feels good.

    Nice looking trades Snatch.

Unsure on my exact moves still, Kris to Fifita is locked in. Then at the moment looking at Koula to Twal.

Will see what happens with Cowboys 24hr cut tonight but getting ideas about a Cotter to Yeo/Haas trade while it's only a $100-$130k move.

Hate that I'm probably going to pass on Hands but it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for my team to get him. If Armstrong ends up out I'd probably just go him to Hands I guess although it would be tempting to get Latrell instead.

Fermor one of my options this week but if Armstrong is out then will have to pick up a WFB to play 17. If so I’ll probably look at Lemuele next week as an alternative

Jeez, I don't know what to do with this Shoes/King situation. Shoes has been my first trade out all week, but if King, Armstrong (and what, now potentially Galvin?) are all out I'll be down to 13 or 14.

If King is out, seems logical to reverse Shoes trade, and cop another week, doesn't it? I adjusted my trades this morning so that I can make the call before kick off. Man, it'd be far less than ideal to hold Shoes another week...

Shoes being rested a bit because Max King’s missus might have the baby is definitely my favourite take in part 47. Make sure that nonsense makes it prominent on the thread highlights/contents

His wife may as well give birth mid-week, but in true fantasy style she'll give birth on gameday

the funniest thing is the whole rumour is based off a pic of his wife being pregnant. she might not even have a baby for another 3 weeks, no one actually knows this lol
