The next man up mentality is genius isnt it. Its crazy that for so many years, no one thought of it. And still to this day, not all teams do it. Basically what happens is, when you play with a next man up mentality, if someones out injured, the guy that comes in just has to do the job, and you win!. If you dont play with this mentality, well... fuck!!. youre screwed if you cop a few injuries, because the guys that come in, dont do the job. And you lose!! Incredible

I’m playing with 15 this week, I’ve got 4 in the last game and I’m about 180 places worse off than at the commencement of the round! Not bad as I expected to lose a lot of rank positions! C’mon Parra, and Curran!
