Also, I agree with Ivan Cleary. The NRL season is too long. We have this six week period when Origin stuffs up a lot of teams and you get dodgy lineups, poor games and wild results.

Look at the NFL. 17 regular season games. It should be possible to scale back the NRL season to everyone playing each other once in the regular season.

Couldn't agree more. And people wonder why players are taking dives. You better believe every coach will be playing that footage in video sessions this weak pointing out Flanagan's error in "being honest". Fucking idiot refs.

Will never happen. They are all about the cash. Players union had to fight for the right (to party) to be involved in future discussions around more games
