Spain had beaten the Dutch in the 2010 world cup final, and the Dutch were out for revenge. They ended up beating Spain 5-1, with Robin Van Persie scoring his memorable diving header
Del Bosque's reaction was recorded after the Dutch scored their 3rd goal in the 64th minute.

Just reminded me of opposition fans chant for RVP after some allegation

"Van Persie! When the girl says no, molest her!" to the tune of Re-e-wind when the crowd says bo selecta by Craig David

Thinking of back flipping on Garrick -> JC and going to play a man short this week and hold Garrick. Think for the run home having Garrick feels better than JC and the unknown with his JS and the extra trade will be worth more than whatever JC scores this week.

Titans losses actually correlate to him starting, so even though he's a good fantasy player, maybe he's actually just bad for that teams chemistry. I mean we've all complained about him not feeding the ball to Fifi enough at some stage or another.

Yeah, you're right. Croker still listed as indefinite, but have seen articles saying he is back with non-contact training this week, with a view towards resuming the contact work next week.

I also have 5 on the bye for R17 but that includes Chris Randall whose purpose will have been served in R16 and is on the cards for a trade out if he does not play big minutes this week

Fecking Verrills! Why don't you go back to the Roosters?

He would have just been knocking back lines in the toilets of the Belvedere & doing circle work in the Clontarf Industrial Estate if he went the the Dolphins.....good clean fun

Yeah, average of 51.4 this year (removing injury games) if he hits that first game back he only loses a couple of K anyhow.

Only query is though if Turbo does come back in the centres, this will surely push garrick to the wing again?

Have also backflipped on selling Garrick. I might stay with not trading but still may do JDB to Campbell just for the extra cash basically since Fa'alogo will likely have to go next week. But have a couple of days to think on it.

I've only got 10 this round and 11 for 19 currently. Contemplating Angus to Uto this week to get me two extra games.

Is this dumb if I only have Angus and Fifita as gun edges? If I do the trade this week I'd be looking to get another gun edges in for someone else I'm Rd20.

    Got 7 trades left

I barely do to much bye planning and just wing it, seemed to work out for R13 but only got 10 playing before doing trades this week. Needing a HKR, MID (Or HLF due to Plath DPP) and WFB this week so thinking about trading De Belin, Garrick & Sorenson to Marshall-King, Curran & JCampbell. Not overly confident in these players but gets 13 on the park. Leaves 6 trades and 25k ITB (Had 30k or so in the bank before trade i think)

Just wanted to jot some stuff down to see if it helps me figure it out  Laughing

    My thoughts:

Im not sure if it helped, more just made me worried about bringing in Curran due to R19 bye. Will have to ponder on this tomorrow and figure it out before the game.

That's more gun edges than most teams. If you have Aitken he can cover edge too. Have played him there a few times already

    Sitting outside the top 5k?

Need to yin when everyone yangs with the final 8 trades?

    Give these guys some thought.
    PODish potential or great overlooked current form;

    - Tohu Harris - top target ready to return to big minutes
    - Dylan Edwards - Blues prefer him over Teddy and you prob should too. Scoring even without Cleary
    - AJ Brimson - watch for his return. Was averaging 60 before he left and Kini… KINI! has been recording even higher filling in
    - DCE - fallen gun. Not flying but Origin could be the kick he needs. Still averages 50 when average
    - Val Holmes - 160k cheaper than Euan Aitken 😬
    - Ponga and/or Papy - the average team just won’t have the trades to prioritise and fit them in. Look their way with your Wishart/Fletcher/Weekes etc money or use 2 moves an finally upgrade that no future Atkinson

Watchlist: Liam Henry and Luke Garner - if either of these score a minutes role at any point they are a buy. Never know with this year’s injuries and both are better than Sorensen who has a spot (for now)

In the event of an injury to a qld edge forward, would fifita enter the squad you think ?

Or have the moved past him entirely and run Cotter at edge.

    Luki & Loiero 18, 19th men

If he scores his long term centre average of 50, he will lose 9k.

The appeal to JC though is if he stays in the halves with Foran he will keep putting up keeper scores
