Good times! And maybe the tree was haunted and you just like ghosts?

It's criminal that Plath and Galvin are both ineligible for Rookie of the Year due to suspensions. Head and shoulders the two best this year
Plath with his versatility is an ideal replacement for Hunt when he retires.

Looking at Garrick replacements that play this week and R19
Teams without byes, with draw (because WFBs):
Sharks || dogs, TIT, TIG, bye
Tigers || syd, MEL, sha, rab
Eels || kni, RAB, tit, bye
Dragons || DOL, syd, bris, bye
Knights || EEL, cbr, man, BRI
Broncos || wah, PAN, DRA, knig
Thoughts:
Those are poor teams with some tough draws. Broncs look the best, followed by Sharks/Knights
Not many final 23 keepers in there at all.
Options:
Sharpe - cashy, and if you're going to trade anyway then why not
Cobbo - greatest chance of being final 17
Mulitalo - sub 500 and not a bad final 23 loop option, but R20 bye
Penis - quality with Moses back, but ~600 and Moses not there for a bit. And an R20 bye
Marzhew? Could punt and hope, but he doesn't look good enough without Ponga (and being able to catch)
Gagai/Best expensive at mid 600s
Douehi - only available in the halves, and somewhat of an injury risk, and 626
Mariner - has a two-try 37 this year
Guess I'm going Sharpe. But maybe Cobbo at 562 is greatest like-for-like to Garrick

Sharpe looking like the best option.
Eels and Canberra looking terrible, Manly without their Origin players are terrible, Broncos could rest their Origin guys again.
Probably my one trade this week

If you need the money then fine but otherwise why make the trade?
Is Garrick not playing this week?
The whole 'he doesn't score well on the wing' trope is not really borne out by the evidence in recent seasons. He scores about 40-45 at either wing or centre and a bit more at FB
If its a money thing then go Sharpe
EDIT : Forget about it, I'm stuck in last week....go Sharpe & get some money and a body

He plays the bye this week and defensively they don’t give up much points to the WFB position.Aardvark wrote:
