Weekes against the Storm or May against the Tigers

Out of those two May looks a better option with the Roosters having multiple forwards backing up from Origin, and Weekes' 7 role seemingly adjusted and rumours of moving to 1.

Just remember that value = points at the end of the day if you are utilising your full salary cap.

I'd wager heavily its probably just a combination of already heavily talked about players in some double trade that no one else is doing.

Has anyone thought about Lomax as a rd19 wfb? Has he been confirmed to back up this weekend?

Surely that knee fluid issue means he doesn’t backup

Been a bit out of it this week. Any good cheapies going? Tago seems the best of a bad bunch but I need a WFB or MID for R19. Pryce or Howarth feels too risky when I'm just about out of trades. Maybe Feagai? Or Russell? But feels uninspiring...

If you have salary cap to get all the big guns go hard, but if you're around the 13m you have to try and find a bit of value with potential under priced keepers. Matto fits that bracket

    Thoughts on Wighton to Matterson?

    Reasons for:

    * Potential big points uplift, Matto can average at least 45 if he's got that 50ish minute middle role back (and potentially a lot more than 45)

    * MID/EDG dual helps me a lot with my team having a lot of backs and not many forwards

    * Allows me to field 17 this week

    * Trell has taken all the kick metres that I thought Wighton would get.

    Reasons against:

    * Costs a trade, and I would only have 2 left if I do this

    * Matto has a history of concussions

    * Means I have four guys on the bye in R20 so I might have this problem again in 3 weeks time.

Kennedy. I’ve been looking at DSaifiti as cashout (366k) but probably now settle for Pahulu (305k) next week. Don’t really care what they score just want availability for rest of season and maximise chance of affording guns

I have garrick Euan and Iro so im gonna drop wighton this week to field 17. either eisenhuth or matto. I feel Eisenhuth, because he is starting has better value and can keep him around for the year...Need him for rd 19

I find it surprising how poorly Kennedy scores. He always looks very good in terms of eye test - he is a great player IRL.

I'm going Wighton > Marzhew this week as it gives me 16 this week and the final WFB needed for 13 in R20.

Yeah, tough pickings. You're right though, really want a body that sticks around the rest of the year
