NRL Fantasy 2024 Part 57 - What's a trade ?

There's no one I want to grab this week now.

I was thinking of trading up Moses and I've got 649k to do it but no one to really trade to.

Yeah, saw a clip on FB about them talking about Uto, and the bottom had "Hynes out for 6-8 weeks with serious ankle injury"

659 ain't nothing, but if your scraping barrels then there are less good options around. Maybe

NRL Fantasy have got to increase squad sizes next year, we just can't cover all the injuries, HIA's, player restings, bans, and most importantly byes with 21 man squads anymore.

We saw it happen last year when most people were playing a single digit number of players in the final round.

Just look at NRL Supercoach which has an inferior scoring system but 25 man squads, all these injuries and you can carry people for longer and not worry as much about getting 17 on the park each week.

They don't need to increase trades, they don't need to increase the salary cap, just give us a way to cover better to take some of the burden off the extreme luck based system the game has turned into recently.

Maybe 23? 25 just feels like it makes the game way too easy

I really wanted to ‘do some trades’ this week but I have 13 (at this stage ) but really need another and A1 half or WFB so it might be a good idea to sit it out.

Depends on how much Munsters return impacts him? I feel like he was forced to do everything while Paps and Munster were out.

He’s kicked on in a way I didn’t think was possible

I still find him pretty boring, other than being from Australia, absolutely nothing that compels me to watch him play or makes him any different from a lot of the elite but generic players

My 13 this week will include Piakura. That guy has made 23k in 18 rounds and probably loses cash this week

It’s reminding me of that time I held Vailea all season because was always just around the corner from price rises (that never happened) and too cheap to sell
