I guess there is a world where Weekes continues at FB and then also gets some of the KM to provide another option and take some of the focus off Fog, but I'm not sure Ricky is the coach to run with that nor Weekes confident enough to overcall for it sometimes. But maybe.Liverpool_Bulldog wrote:Fog is the one if kicking for 600+ metres a game.

I’m probably just down on him because the 3 or 4 times I’ve Captained him over the last few years he has had stinkers.
In saying that he’s had a couple of rubbish scores this year when Cleary and or Hynes weren’t an option.
yeah I wouldn't get him as a captaincy option, but I think he's capable of getting some big scores for the run home. Probably can wait to pick him up until after their Bye

this year dce is not the dominant half like he was last year & before with brooks there & getting more ball he's stealing points off dce

TPJ might be an option yet

statistically there is not much to it, kick meters, run meters, tackles are all similar to last year... maybe a few less tackle breaks and a couple more missed tackles

@my tv broke are the points on your site for previous years calculated at this season's rates or do they reflect the actual points as they were scored?

Not sure, there was a hip drop like tackle but seemed small enough. Early shower would be odd though.
Magic Sponge podcast has some info on it I beleive, haven't listened yet thouygh

They think he appeared fine from the hip drop, but there was a tackle between that and going off where he went low and might’ve been a bit dazed
This aligns with ABC radio saying he was on the sideline getting his jaw/head checked when he was still on but Humphreys took the conversion.
NRL physio seemed to think he was ok based on being on the bench after - so maybe just precautionary? Like an unofficial HIA?
I thought I heard them say on ABC radio after the game that Garrick had an illness during the week, so Manly gave him an early mark because the game was in the bag. Apparently this info came from the Manly dressing. Hopefully, the sideline reporter's info was correct.
NB: There's no mention on the NRL's Casualty Ward page of Garrick having any sort of issue.

I could be wrong, of course. I really have no idea.
I believe after the game stats had him playing 75 minutes but now says he played 80. Don't remember him going off.
