KM higher due more to Drew Hutchison getting dropped than the golden point by the looks of it.

Burton looks OK, but I think if you want value, Dylan Brown at $100k cheaper might be better.

If we could get some more votes on community trades that would be great. Would be nice if there was a consensus option by tomorrow.

Thanks for running the origin fantasy, was good fun.

Any news on Waddell? Will he come into the team ? What was his injury?

45 was the magic number for the outside back in SOO3
Gagai, HTF, To'o, Best and Lomax all scored 45 points, which was pretty unique

Some might say such an occurrence is the opposite of unique

Listening to Boom or Bust and Amateurs collaboration pod tonight they think Curran might only get 45mins. I think he’s gonna get more than that. I reckon mid 50’s mins maybe even high 50’s mins. I guess the more interesting thing is Salmon due back round 23 what will happen to the mins then? I assume Salmon probs starts edge and Preston off the bench.

Pretty sure Salmon isn't back until 25 or later. Not sure what the consensus was on injuries counting towards suspensions, but think he's out at least 6 weeks with the jaw

Hard to not see Curran playing minimum 50 but probably more like 60, like he did in the early rounds.

King is a big loss. Faamausili only plays 20mins, Hopoi the same, Mann and Hayward are small lock type players. Hughes probably does get a minutes bump but Curran is surely going to need to pick up some minutes.

Great trade in option imo just not sure if he quite fits for me this week, time for guns and a cashout (to keep Cleary funds aside).

Agree. No way he plays under 50. Will become the big minute prop that King was capable of, as Curran has a huge engine.

Hoping Shoes can somehow get 40+ minutes. If not then he’s on the trade out list

Yup. He's a trade out now - for me at least. Will miss 3 of the next 8 games. Uto gets a stay of execution.

    I'm in the same boat.
Ola traded in once he wasn't picked for Origin and now he misses the next 3.
Uto gets a stay of hittin the road.

In reply to the questions about my trip to Rwanda - yeah it's working with an NGO training teachers over here. 70% of their teachers have no formal quals and they follow chalk n talk style teaching. Spent 3 days training them to do student centred learning (group work, visible thinking etc.) then 3 days training Community Workers (who are helping street kids) basic info on sex ed. (use condoms), HIV prevention, drug & alcohol training etc. It's been a blast. The Rwandan people are awesome - they have pretty similar sense of humour to Australians too.
Watched the Euro final in the hotel restaurant and all the Rwandans were supporting England. Rowdy crowd.

Just some feedback after listening to some of the podcasts this week.
I don't necessarily agree with the "this player is a better trade in because they don't have byes left and play an extra game"
It all depends on team balance and the coverage you have for players who are on the bye.
    For example:
    55point avg player x 8 games = 440 points
60point avg player x 7 games = 420 points plus the extra player you have in you EMG for cover who only needs to score 20 points to equal the total score of the 55point avg player

If they’re talking about Warriors players they’re correct because in all likelihood we’re going to be down to 12 players with 0 trades in the final round
