That raiders bench feels like lower minutes for Starling. Matiota and Mooney basically combine with Papa/Tapine for 80 each.

Hosking is a big minute player, so is young, whitehead and smithies. Starlings roaming lock stint was super valuable to his value, but surely he doesn't get in the middle ahead of the bigger bodies for Levi's 20 minute stint?

Finding it very difficult to decide between Watson and Yeo. In an ideal world I’d have both to finish the season but I can’t see a way to make that work.

Yeo misses this week (and potentially another rest once their ladder position is cemented). Watson still has a bye to come (also have Teddy so an extra player to cover that week).

So who do we see scoring more from this point is the real question..

Who would you bring in this week:

TU: Haas (if he backs up) with a 59 BE
    TD: Chin with 96 BE.

The loser would come in next week regardless.

If the broncs are to make the playoffs he's going to need to go next level beast mode and he'll know it.

Even if he just plays 60 then he should average 40 which is fine by me for his price

If Carrigan is out but Haas plays he could be a good captaincy option?

You won't probably know until hour before KO whether Haas 100% starts. I'm looking to get him but not until final team list

if carrigan is out & haas is playing i may do carrigan to haas
my strategy to get cleary will be to trade j. hughes to him when munster is back that should give cleary time to regain match fitness & be cheaper

the only player i'm unsure on is lucas...kpp seems to have usurped him in the edge pecking order & if he's going to come off the bench he's going to drop cash fast & he won't come close to his b/e of 55 this round. it's hard to sell though because aob could just as easily put him in the starting line-up...the best chance of him starting seems to be ctr atm maybe 1 of best or gagai needs a rest after origin after picking up a niggle of some sort.

Barrett will probably go with Asi/Sanders to replace Moses, unless Ryles has other ideas.

The whispers are getting louder that young fullback Isaiah Iongi will make his NRL debut on Sunday against the Dolphins.

Iongi was pulled out of NSW Cup last weekend and named as 18th man for Sunday’s game at BlueBet Stadium.

A family member told a supporter in the crowd: “They wanted him to rest for ne xt week”.

With Dylan Edwards to be rested, Daine Laurie has been named at fullback but you’d think there could be some ducks and drakes at play.

Laurie is very unlikely to have recovered from a hamstring injury in time to take his place in the team. Expect a late change. https://westernweekender.com.au/2024/07/masked-panther-another-debutant-looms-for-penrith/
