Via Knights forum - lucas done hamstring at training. getting scans to see how bad doesn't look good. mapa training at centre.

BCT05 wrote:Yeah it's far less viable to have a sub 300k shitto/red dot in final teams then it used to be (or even two in the past). A stronger 21 is required because we end up calling on the emg playeds far more often.
The cheapest guy in my team is Hands at $445k. I've had at least one bye player to do looping with every week so that helps but even without that I think you just try pick the right one out of the dirty middies, and unless there is somehow no carnage near the end it will likely pay off.
Are you saying it's safe to have Savage at exactly 300k in your 17 the last two weeks? Asking for a friend

With 3 trades left, don’t think it’s worth getting 2 out to make any moves
Instead will hope I get the loop right and guess correctly which of Fainu and Uto to play

My edges coming home are Fifita, Sorenson, Howarth. Basically, the rest of my season hinges on Sorensen. Excellent team management.

Anyone want to vote on community team trade thread before lockout (who to replace Haas with is the main point for clarity)

Garrick vs munster with injury risk and fixtures factored in? I was leaning Garrick with his draw and turbo back but munny would be an interesting POD

How nailed on is Kini to that fullback spot? Scoring huge lately but worries me how many options the Titans have.

Munster is way more exciting a prospect and probably better value for money but Garrick is pretty consistent (HIA risk notwithstanding) if you need a CTR/WFB
I have Garrick but not sure I would take him over Munster in a straight choice at this stage of the season. Munster is a risk reward type of dude.

Not sure if the injury risk relates to Garrick or Munster....
Those HIAs for Garrick are a killer, 4 this year I think. Don't think I'd worry about comparing injury risk between the two, both high risk in different ways

One & one upgrade only this round so might do a TU/TD I can ignore...feel free to take the piss
Option 1 : Weekes to Ponga (Weekes would be in a loop if I held but otherwise Wightons in the loop)
Option 2 : Galvin to DCE (holding means Galvin will be in the 17 selling means definitely playing Wighton at CTR & looping Weekes)
Leaning towards option 1

I think 1
Feels like a significant upgrade vs a small upgrade.
How many Tigers you have with the R26 bye could change my mind tho.

Just the one....will probably look at what I can do with Galvin then rather than now (trades permitting)

If I didn't need a MID I would get him. I can't see them changing thingszaggo1 wrote:How nailed on is Kini to that fullback spot? Scoring huge lately but worries me how many options the Titans have.

Haven't managed to keep up with the forum lately. Has anyone worked out what teams have a good run of late games for a cash out red dot?
For h2h so fine with the dead spot. Cheers.

Looks like it's Newcastle. Thought it would be harder to work out, but it wasn't...

This entirely unhelpful piece is on the roosters website
https://www.roosters.com.au/news/2024/08/06/pilot-medical-update-round-22/
Scans have confirmed Nat Butcher has sustained a rib cartilage injury on his left side, while Dom Young sustained a low grade hamstring strain to his right leg.
Both will work with the Club's rehabilitation team in an effort to be available for the Round 24 match against the Parramatta Eels at Allianz Stadium.
