It's not overkill in terms of byes, but with a bottom three side coming up against the Panthers then the Roosters battling for top two they might be standing under their own posts quite a lot.
Murray probably the best placed of those three to score well despite fixtures though, so hardly terrible.

I think Murray will play big mins against Newcastle, against Penrith it will be a lower mins game I reckon and then against Roosters local derby it’s Damien and Tom Burgess last games for Souths Cam will play big mins.wolfking wrote:
Don't think it's a problem mate 3 weeks to go. I have those two also and wish I went Murray last week over Ponga. All depends if he continues to play 80 or not but don't see him playing less than 70 as we're trying to get a couple more wins to finish the season. He's all heart and still having a real dig each week.
Tbh mate I don’t see Souths winning any of these last 3 games as depleted as we are. Look this week only Wighton is left in our 1-7. As you know our depth isn’t good either. Munro just came back from injury last week in Cup scored two tries I think he comes in this week on the wing. Hawkins be the 7 I reckon also back from injury two weeks ago. By the way Dean Hawkins is off to Parra.
I’ll be at Souths game this Sat Night I’ve taken work off I’ll be there with Dad and for the Roosters game too you have to stick with your team even in the hard times Dad always taught me growing up we never leave early even down 50-0.

I remember getting plenty of practice at this during the 1990s...

Any particular reason T May only played 34 mins? I like him lining up against the Titans but not if hes warming the pine

Yea it's just the unpredictable nature of Roosters forwards. He could get 60+ mins this week just as likely as he could get under 20. No way to know. It's why I traded him a while back, which some weeks I've regretted and then others have felt justified

as a terrell owner i always start him as shadowsabre said you never know his mins so you take the good with the bad

I haven't been keeping up with it at all, but who won that league? You know, who came top in the regular season? Like - in the most important result, who was the best?
Someone fucking cool I bet. And really good looking.

I'm 8k short of a Cleary and Curran for Cook and Murray trade.
Probably still make the Cleary to Cook and if Curran is out look at Crichton for end of year.

Bloody hell, hadn't realised how much Crichton had dropped. I've held him all along. Been somewhat disappointing compared to his early season highs, but still has that great upside

Final two trades, no point saving now I feel.
Hands & Chin -> Yeo & Carrigun
Randall
Yeo - Carrigan - Murray
Fifi - KPP
Galvin - Dbags
Manu - Wighton
Ponga - Teddy - JC
Garrick - Koloa - Starling - Gray
Iro - JDB - Curran - Brailey
Solid cover all round, lots of DPP as well.
Overall rank of 8632
This year the main take away is to play aggresive. I've held 100-400k in the bank all year trying to be smart for the run home but in turn bled so many ranks in the bye rounds that it's killed me. Cash gen and team value is great and my final team is solid.
Happy to lock the final two trades in and see how we go.

Cleary to Yeo is done.
Ive got 1 trade left and curran + matto, so ill probably use it on one of them. Fortunately a bit of bank. Might get DCE

I've changed my trade to bring him back in, leaving DCE alone. I have plenty of backs and not many EDGs, and Angus's draw is incredible.

Is Curran definitely out this week? Or we just assuming in lieu of TLT?
