I might bring Lolohea in once he is cheap as chups

Has Cartwright topped out? Thinking of upgrading him to Fifita. I never saw Carty as a keeper, but it also seems like one of those "unnecessary" trades that are being flung around at the moment.

So equal sharing for k niko and travis wadell in the hooking department this weekend?
K Niko only has a break even of 14 so might make a bit of cash with McCullough out.

One for Welshy, someone posted the first line on Renegades. It asked me if I needed it translated. Are they actually Welsh names out of curiosity?

    Kennar or Wiliame??
    Kennar of wiliame??

My trades this week (at this stage - I will likely change my mind at least 6 times):

J Saifiti and H Hunt out
J Trbo and Bateman in via Oates

Was originally thinking Bhana over Bateman but that's just out of budget. Was considering Whitehead and Bhana in instead, but I wanted Trbo in last week and regretted changing my mind at the last minute and don't want to regret it again. Ricky seemed impressed by Bateman in the press conference so hopefully he sticks around at least through the byes.

    Does this sound reasonable?

I'm burning through trades like a major pyro but my team is a mess. I still haven't managed to get Packer off my field, let alone out of my 17 Bang Though that should be possible next week. Also have to choose from Gordon or Kennar in my 13 after losing Hunt and Tom Trbo in my WFB. 5 red dots so I'll be in trouble if Parcell/Taylor don't play again this week.

There are so many options that I typed them all out and it was so confusing I deleted it all lol

I'd be looking to trade out Walker, with all those red dots he can't really be kept "just in case".
That leaves a tonne of DPP options involving Barba, Aubusson, your centres and other NPRs.
You could also trade Walker sideways to a middling half or try find a bit of cash for an upgrade if you're not happy with Hastings and Barba as your starting halves

Ha, with Newcastle having complete team overhauls every second week, possibly not very long. I read something about him that made it sound like he'd be there for a long while, though I can't remember where or what. Bateman might be better after all. Or is there a good 3rd option?

Haha cheers for the reply StuDogg,

Will wait for that first team list this week and see whether i can get another game out of Walker, but Reynolds does look like he will play after reading an article that hes trained.
Have looked at going, Walker to KNikorima and Taylor to Mbye for bye coverage and there should be points and money to be made there.

The word im looking for is frustrating

Yeah understandable! I assume you brought in Lolohea last week? That's the ultimate in bad luck!

Frustrating definitely sums up the round just gone

If Walker is a no show this week, which option would you prefer?

    Walker to Mbye or Norman
Will mean i also have to go Taylor to Nikorima

Toughest week this season so far in terms of trades. Carter, Rochow, RTS & Packer on my list of trade outs.

My toughest decision is whether to trade one of those down to Bhana or Matterson and hope he gets the minutes to rise in price to be worth it? OR to just trade down to 128k Asiata or the like to maximise cashflow now.

Think I'm going to avoid the Kodi Nikorima temptation. Waddell sniffing around has put me right off as Kodi is an impact style player and I can only see him playing 50 mins max.

What cows are people trading to this week?

If you had $594k to spend on two HLFs, what would you do? B Hunt and Hastings fill the other two.

Lots of love on here for Lamb and Norman but Lamb's not in the 17 is he? Isn't Pearsall named to start? Anyone know anything about him?

Hopefully Auvu'a rewards me over the next few weeks for holding him all this time.

After trading Taylor out for Kodi Nik, I have one trade left to boost the backs. My backs look like this

    Ferguson, Leilua ( Auvu'a, Benry)
Gordon, Mitchell, Barba ( Kennar, Gutherson)

Thinking Ferguson needs to go for a start, his 32's are pissing me off lol.

Holland? Rapana? Can't afford Tedesco or Dugan.

I'm thinking Holland just because he's still pretty cheap for what he scores
