So apparently the moves have all changed (As well as nests) and Vaporeon is no longer as strong as before.

Goes alright when battling gyms. Mind you I smash the screen like a 16yo finger banging their girlfriend.

more changes today with an update - they got rid of the footsteps altogether (hopefully just until the server load is light enough to get it back to the way it was before the 3-step stuff) avatars are customisable whenever, no battery saver mode on ios, favoriting and transferring is now in a sub menu and you can't transfer favorites now (thank fuck for that) and apparently the catching mechanics have changed (can't throw pokeball while the pokemon are zoomed in at the start of 'battle' anymore and the trajectory of the curve ball has changed) though i'm yet to test those out today.

finally did my egg run and didn't get close to evolving all that I had.
Now level 20 and have 3x mons above 1000.

Gee Pokémon really is taking over.. Even Metallica are playing the theme song live at their concerts

Don't be surprised if the game is offline at some large stages for the next 48 hours. Some hacking group is claiming they're going to take it down.

Finally watched "The Other Guys" last night on a whim. TLC references gag going on in there too. Weird.

Good I got my lucky egg run out of the way on the weekend then - was planning on doing it tonight and then got impatient and bored haha.

Saw that pokevision was down, started using the other one or whatever its called - not as good but still functional as of last night. Didn't end up using it to catch anything though because the house was warm and outside was not.
