Freddy 100% dropped it on air over the weekends telecasts. Cant remember which one. Was something along the lines of -
"Only 5 more sleeps to Origin"
"So thats 3 sleeps for Joey"

Back in work tomorrow so will be getting the abuse in early doors as won't see game until I get back home! Even without Frizell, Dugan, BMoz and Tedesco NSW win 22-18, G. Bird with a double and Klemmer and Fifita bend old man Parker and Fatty Sam over and give them an absolute outing, this is the year the dynasty starts! Fucking come on the Blues!

Origin day is awesome. It's like there's 3 grand finals a year and your team is always playing in it.

I hate the scheduling in general but I do love Origin being in the middle of the week - makes the whole week and particularly today far more enjoyable.

Yeah, I guess I was going on the article. Watching it live I got the impression Wicks (and half the studio audience) didn't get it at the time. That's what made it a thing of beauty. Hindy's execution was perfect.

Spoke with my Mum on the phone last night and she usually says something like "Go the Blues" or whatever (Side note- she was born in NSW). This year she said QLD will most likely win the series again, last time she said that? You betcha 2014!
