IMO Mitchell is a hold for R15 and R18, and Barba is awesome for byes after R15.

Not sure if either is a keeper after R19. Only time will tell. If I owned either of them, I would probably make a decision on whether or not to keep them after all the byes are over.

I'm thinking delaying the decision as well. Its will also delay me bringing in teddy and munster but neither of them are certainty to stay fit, keep scoring well, not get picked for SOO etc.

Tempting to get my best 17 asap but total points over the next 5 rounds are critical. Not a week  to week prospect.

Could be. Munster or Teddy will need to sit on the bench or not be picked into my team at all.

LOLo is the new LOL as far as I'm concerned.

This reminds me of the old days in the DT thread when league captains where LLO's, vice-captains were ALLO's and Back-up/rRserve ALLO's where either BALLO's or RALLO's.

Things were so serious back in those days (when the Night Owls would crap on til the wee small hours and you would wake up early over in NZ and be the first one to read all the nonsense).  Wink  LOLo

I remember the days fondly and on occasion I'd stay up drinking and catch all of Cam's classy comments live.
Plus make a drunk trade here or there on a Friday night.

So much easier having my trades done by 7:30pm rather than 9:30pm NZ time when I was already smashed out in a bar in town somewhere Laughing

Some people wake up and wonder who's in their bed.

I expect he'll be a late exclusion but I have nothing to base this on.

Mitchell has been named, but he is still doubt, so keep an eye on late mail and then the team lists an hour before kickoff.

I don't care if he plays this week, but I'm holding him for R15 (and R18).

It hoped it was Mitch Brown on both accounts.

Cam has stopped playing this year. He mad teams in both comps I'm pretty sure but is too busy now he reckons.

I'm holding off on Teddy for the moment since he has the bye in R15. Will probably hold off on him until I see whether or not he is selected for Origin in R18. So its Teddy in either R18 or R19 for me.

Btw, Munster is banned from playing Origin this year. He has been in my team since R2 when I brought him in for Slater. I'm looking forward to his contribution in R15 (touch wood).

Arsen seems to be into his darts in a big way now which is awesome.

Good to see him in good spirits, since he was bit down for a while.

Great man Arsen. A trailblazer in the world of NRL DT. Creator of this thread and the man who inspired many of us back in 2009-10 and taught us how to play DT properly. Sportal was using his BE's back then before Lone Scout existed and I never heard LS even mention BE's before the 2011 season.

Yep, Arsen one of the true pioneers.

The likes of him, braddo, shayno, khunt, JB24, CronksArmy, Valleysearch... blokes are long gone (unless they are here under different names but not that I'm aware of).

Sure there are tonnes of others that I don't remember.

I sure as hell don't miss topdog though Laughing man, those were funny times.

Haha! Topdog! I had forgotten about him. LOLo

A lot of good posters left Sportal together back in about 2012-13 ish. Guys like Forward Pass, Uncle Sproj, Martian, etc set up their own forum centred around them playing an online cricket simulation game called Battrick. They invited me to join, and I played for a while, but dropped out becoz I couldn't give it enough attention.

It was Kenny Sio for me, aka SUPER KENNY SIIIIIIIIIOOOOOOOOO (kid is actually going well in England now).
Can understand the lack of time. I certainly don't have anywhere near what I used. Almost didn't enter this year and I travel and get out and enjoy my life a lot more often!

Between now and the end of the year I'm probably only going to Queensland and Sydney/NZ I think if I'm lucky.

Sprojy! Wonder if he's still in China. Had some good chats about our various relationship issues at the time haha.

FP put a lot of work into NRL Fantasy and survivor. Ha. Classic Sportal Survivor. Ironic that we survived and Sportal didn't.

Not really fantasy relevant but Jack Reed has been ruled out for this weekend (and potentially longer) for the Broncos - with Kahu moving to Left Centre and Eden coming on to the right wing

Edit: Maybe it is fantasy relevant, just looked at the stats and Eden is owned by more than 20% of teams. Shocked Shocked confused
