Got to go Mannering mate, Tauk is playing wider, he racks up the scores when playing in the middle but he has been shifted widerMilchcow wrote:I'm still trying to decide between Taukeiaho and Mannering
If Cordner is gone for the season, and with possible long term goal kicking, I think Tauk might be the better option.
Might not have trades to replace him though if everyone comes back from injury and he goes back to a bench role
Mannering is a bit of a safer option, should be safe for a 50+ average

Hmmmmmmmmmm
I'm thinking this week I should go Mataora & CLaw to Talakai and JDB. Feels strange bringing JDB in at such a price but he plays Rd 15 and just continues to look like a keeper no matter how many times I tell myself it won't last.

shifted wider, but kicking goals. if he keeps playing 80 minutes theres the chance he has a big run from time to time that mannering doesnt really have the potential for.
Saying that I would still choose mannering. he played 71 minutes last week and looked good. you would think he goes back up to 80 sooner rather than later.

Not sure if this will come into your consideration but Tauk will play on both the remaining big bye rounds, Manners will leave you a player short for one.

Tauk good for the next two bye rounds also. Plus he has the ability to bust a line and put on a big play. I got him last week but will get Mannering also this week or next. Mannering at that price is madness, IMO crazy if you pass him up at that price.

What about Bevan French over Cleary? Cheaper and might keep his spot too, no?
I could go Bhana to French then gives me enough money to go Claw to Mannering and then two extra players next week.

Mannering may still have one last price drop if he scores less than 56. Won't be much, but if the budget is tight?

Difference is negligible. Don't have a good replacement for Taukeiaho in r16 so it's going to end up any the same.
Just want to pick the guy who will score the most between now and R26.

Someone briefly mentioned it earlier on...but how many of your original 25 do people still have in their current squads??
I just checked and I've got 10 left (including Feeney and Eden)

I'm trading out Mataora, who will drop cash himself. So I'd rather have the points

12. Smith, Bromwich, Graham, Burgess, Whitehead, SJ, BJ, Gutherson, Mitchell (Benry, Feeney, Scott).
Other than Gutherson and barring long injuries they'll all be staying until Round 26 as well.

OK so either Rabs has confused Josh and Brett (admittedly they are twins so it happens) or he's lost the plot.
As for the line-up, I thought Des had all but confirmed this was how it was gonna be when BMoz returned?
Am I missing something?
Is there even talk of B.Morris coming back yet? If and when he does, and if and when Holland gets dropped, that would be the time to trade him. My point is that this week isn't that time.
