    Bad decision.

    Bring on Frizz and Fifita at the same time and pepper the same edge. Could you imagine those two bastards running full tilt at you over and over? Pick out O'Neil and Gagai's wing

    He will do his damage starting or from the bench mate I'm sure of that, you can look at it the other way and using Friz to soften up the D line and bring on Bird with his better ball playing ability and find some larger holes

    Got a photo with him after game 3 in 2014. Nice guy considering we were in Origin gear but I will tell you who is a true testiment to Rugby League from QRL. Petro. One of the nicest guys you could ever meet, actually felt like he wanted to talk to you and get to know you. Absolute champion.
    While we are praising guys from the other state, I want to give Girdler a mention. Met him once as a young fella in Cairns and he had so much time for everyone there and actually engaged in conversation.

    The opening 15 minutes are crash and bash, he'll do good like that but he's better than that. You just need big bodies at the start.

    He's not going to be horrible by any means but I think his will negate his explosiveness.

    @Welshy
    Frizz starting sounds like an obvious ploy to dodge Papa, poor guy is already running scared (Gal must have been in his ear).

    PS: I Actually agree with HS here. Origin is usually way too tight in the opening minutes (with both teams allowed to stand offside and rush up) for your attacking forwards to have much impact. You want the no nonsense blokes out there before bringing on the guys with more attacking flair later.

    Yeah Girds always comes across as nice and friendly. Same as MG.

    When I was a young fella my family took me to the airport to pick up "Uncle Paul" so I had no idea I had. Turns out it was Chief who was my favourite player at the time. He saw how excited I was as a kid and picked up me and sat me on his shoulder and made sure everyone signed my autograph book. One of those things you will never forget, hope I get to meet him again and have a chat about it.

    Been to enough live games and talked enough strategy to have a fair grasp on where we're failing.

    It's just a clash at the start and testing each other out. Cartright when he gets his chance will be a beast off the bench but you wouldn't start him.

    Edit: I guess I probably shouldn't post too much info about myself on the interwebs. Welshy may one day snap and come looking.

    Yeah, been stuck here since I met the wife. Lucky she's a top sort, or I'd be annoyed as hell. That's been going on for 20 years now, so I guess I'm as done as an RSL roast of the day.....

    Whoever started this trend of taking the two needs a stern talking to.

    Ball security doesn't mean anything these days. Three drops by qld and of course it's a penalty.

    Regardless of the fact it amounted to nothing, how about that chase from Friz

    Would have liked to see the pull back on Frizzell on the halfway line again please. See if there was anything in it
