Its locked in for now. Gives me 14 for the round but think it might mess up how my team is looking reserve wise going forward. Will need to ponder pretty hard

I actually traded in Munster the first week he was out injured, he was sitting in my starting squad all week (luckily was able to reverse the trade) does that count as a player that has been KFP cursed?

Not sure what to do. This round do I go

    Barba/ET out
    Manu/Paulo in (2 cheapies)

Pro: 450k in the bank ready for guns next round, miss Barba/ET's likely price decreases
Con: two shitty players points this round for two...well one good player and one Barba.

Am I missing something or do the pros outweigh the cons?

What do you get from the upgrades? I think you have a guess at who you would be trading in and what you think ET and Barba might score realistically, and use the formula that someone posted last week. Say ET scores 40 points this week, go low for arguments sake. There are 8 more rounds after this week so whoever you upgrade would want to be more than 5 points a week on who they are replacing or you'd only be breaking even. If that makes sense. If ET scores 50-60 its an even bigger upgrade required to make it worth it.

Are points in big byes also more important? 50 points from a player in a big bye will gain you more ranks than in a full week where every team is at full strength?

Well the ET trade provides the cash to go SST to Fifita next week. So Fifita is minimum 15 points a week better either SST or ET.

And the Barba trade gets me the cash to bring in Tedesco round 20.

As there are 3 trades this week I could go Parcell to Friend to regain some points this round.

I'm thinking of trading Barba this week as well. Sharks are playing well below full strength and if he can't get attacking stats when they're good I don't fancy his chances with a weakened side. Barba does play the Roosters and Knights soon though but I don't rate him as a keeper and he'll lose a ton of cash.

Someone tell me about Asipeli Fine please. I want a round 18 only playing cashout and he is allegedly starting in the backrow. Thoughts?

Don't think he'd get a huge amount of minutes - would expect Graham/Tolman to play big minutes this week, and bench of (assuming) Kasiano, TRex, Browne and RFM to spell Fine, Eastwood, and Fualolo. Tolman played 80 for the past 2 weeks, Graham 60, so, barring injuries, would leave maybe 260-280 minutes to be split between 7 players.

Might be ok as a cash out option if you think he'll stay out of the 17 in future

He's already lost a ton of cash. Keep him in case he comes good again. Surely there's more important things happening with your team.

Similar situation here. I need a 2RF cheapie cash out who will preferably play this week and then disappear.
Does anyone know anything about Chris Smith from the Roosters.
Joseph Paulo could also be an option but more likely he'll be an AE nightmare.

I bought Fine in last week as a knee-jerk cash out for Holland. He is named again this week so another sub 20 is probably likely. I'm not sure who he was/is replacing in the side? I think he's just been occupying Cartwright's spot in the pack since he's been in the halves but I'm not sure. He will probably be an AE nightmare down the line but oh well, I did what I had to do.

I want to say he's a Fine option.... but then I think I'd probably be doing it for the laugh, rather than actual advice as I've got no idea about him. Judging by the lack of response not sure too much is known lads, one to go with your gut over I'd say.

Kurt Capewell fits your criteria, but it looks like they haven't bothered to add him. Paulo is Shark's 18th man and will be a low minute bench player most weeks.

What the fuck is Holland doing on the extended bench. Anyone know what the story behind that might be?

    I noticed Capewell wasn't available.
I can't say that I'm confident he'll be added before the weekend.
