I mean my ranking took a nosedive in part to CLaw's 11 but also because of an AE along with some dismal efforts from Gallen and Rein so CTR's not the biggest problem I have but it seems like the only place I can try and make some ground. I'm thinking of also trading out Rein to McCollough but that seems a little sideways to me

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 46
Question if you're running 13th in a 214 person league and you want to try and crack the Top 10 does it make sense to go with a player that the people ahead of me don't have or will it not make much difference? I've got to dump CLaw at this point, even if he's not injured he's just not up to scratch with the form centres now. 12 and 11 have Aitken while 10 and 9 have Roberts (Oh why did I trade him out instead of CLaw, oh well hindsight) so does that mean I should go with Croker to set myself apart from them or not?

I'm looking at bringing Gutherson back in if he continues to play 5/8
He'll be scoring 40+

Too many POD's is my problem. I guess it's always been a thing for me to try and stand out from the crowd. Nearly all my friends in primary and high were Playstation people while I was one of the lone Xbox'ers.
Anyway I suppose I'll be getting another one in. Might as well call my team Here comes the Boom because it is nothing but P.O.D's

If this is a reference to eliminator, yes my friend you did. Total mess this week for me but and to think guys like Lowe and Hurrell saved my score from ultimate humiliation.
Congrats

Is Bromwich a target for upgrade? Pretty sure I can get Merrin in for him and he's been underwhelming lately

I've got Burgess, Merrin, Cartwright, Whitehead, Feeney, Barba and Mitchell from my initial 25.
Also I never traded out anyone who I regretted, thankfully. I'd say most of my trade ins have been good (well a few like Fensom didn't turn out great), but my initial team was very flawed haha.

Idk what's up with Bromwich. I don't think his minutes are down or anything, pretty sure he played a full game in rd 19.
If you've got the trades/cash to spare, then yea Merrin is in good form and probably adds 50-120 points to your end of season tally from here. Your team must be in pretty good nick if Bromwich is the biggest problem.

What's everyone's take on this
http://www.canberratimes.com.au/rugby-league/league-news/nrl-stats-back-ricky-stuarts-belief-jarrod-croker-is-unfairly-criticised-20160724-gqcibb.html
People saying he is robbed of legitimate rep games are probably taking it a bit far. Watching him play he doesn't miss as many as he used to. They don't score misreads though. Also, can't be easy defending with Edric 'jam in on the attacking centre exposing the corner post' Lee.
I'm torn

Last year I got knocked out by the team who went on to win it.
This year I got knocked out by Wolfking so I proclaim that he will win it this year. He is a wolf & he shall be the king.

thoughts on Taana Milne? pretty good ppm
21 pnts , 45mp (round 8 )
60 pnts , 80mp (round 20)
Could be a cheap POD
Now Lafai has been hanging with Norman's gang
